the 2012 CMA fest was my first one ever. Well, let me just go ahead and add, IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST! I will continue to go until the day I die. Literally. There is so much to do, so many country artists to see and get autographs from. ITS UNFORGETTABLE! You walk around the streets of nashville going to different stages and vendors all day up until its time for the big show...then you head over to LP field and PARTY HARD!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible to see all the stars in one place over the course of one weekend! Great time to spend with just myself and my daughter as well. We really had a great time and it was truly a great girls weekend with just the two of us. Each singer that we saw went out of their way to make sure the audience was entertained and they all sounded incredible! What a great experience for us!! I can't wait until next year and I hope we can make this a yearly event no matter what is going on in our lives at the time! What a great escape from the normal hustle and bustle of life and definitely something different from a beach vacation! LOVED IT! Thanks to all of the performers and all involved with setting up all of the different shows! Very organized and exceptionally well played :-)

It is hard to decide which night was my favorite. Every night was exciting and the performances were unbeatable. It is a great way to see your favorite artists all in one place. Plus, you get to see a lot of up and coming artists and hear a lot of new music that you may not hear otherwise. The weather this year was great. It was not super hot which made it that much more enjoyable.

The concert was amazing and the acts every night could not be better. I would never sit anywhere near the seats I had. A giant stage in the middle of the field blocked our entire view of the main stage. Don't get tickets in sections 123-126 because the acoustic stage, that they have in the middle of the field, blocks your intire view of the stage and the artists performing. Couldn't get any pictures of the performers and had to watch the jumbotrons the entire concert. Wish I could have been told about the view blocking stage it kind of took away from the whole experience But I enjoyed myself anyway.

The setlist was ok,but the 2nd stage did not 'grab' the audience as they should have.It's an act that clearly did not register with the audience (noise,no attention,time to go out for a snack or a walk....)So better focus on a good set list on the real big stage and a swift follow-up of these acts instead of trying out those 2d stages ...What bothers me the most is the way young country fans act,as if they own the place ,standing up the whole time and without any respect for other country fans, just doing as they please:partying,drinking and being a bother for those who are so unlucky to be sitting next to them.(a big group sitting next to me,even gave some older country fans the finger ,when they finally left their seats to try and look for a place where they could actually see the performers instead of having to just hear them !)Security does not do anything about that ,so you could be confronted with such a nuisance the whole 4 days at LPfield!

Location:Came in from Illinois for 5th year since retired.
This is our fifth year of cma. We love the energy, the music, the over-all commitment to the fans. This year seemed a little lackluster at Titan field. We missed lot of the bigger names: Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Reba, Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins, Sara Evans, Josh Turner, Darius Rucker. Also, the center stage at Titan left a lot to be desired on announcements, audio, and no video on some occasions We missed the opening flyovers too. We definitely missed Stormy on Saturday and Sunday nights. First time for the softball event and we loved it. Great to see stars up close and personal and for a good cause. Needs to be more promo on the event as the stands were not filled out. Weather was finally temperant enough to enjoy the riverfront too.

If you are a fan of country music then this is a must for you. It is four nights of nothing but country music. If you have ever been to a rodeo in Texas it doesn't even compare with CMA Fest. Such huge talent for four full nights. Amazing!!!

The overall music festival was an event worth attending for music fans and a must for all country music fans! The concerts were outstanding - make sure to bring ear plugs if you ever want to hear again (especially if you go all four days.) I highly recommend coming after the gates are open just because the lines can be incredibly long - especially for females carrying purses, bags etc. The concerts were fantastic - by far my favorites were Luke Bryan - the most energy I've seen in any performance in a long time. He gives 110% to his fans! Eric Church was amazing - it was his first time at the CMA fest and I think he was more excited than the fans to be playing...he sounds way better in person than on the radio for sure. Carrie Underwood - always a great performance and voice; she does not dissappoint. Miranda Lambert - outstanding performer and a nice surprise to have Pistol Annies show up and do a couple of numbers...and then Jason Aldean - he's just hot hot and hot! and for the classics - Allen Jackson had the crowd dancing and singing the entire time. Definitely good times! We had floor seats; The sound is great but bring ear plugs.We were able to see a lot of the stars go to the center stage near us to record bits for the ABC special.
