Phenomenal show... Great bands, dope music. Small room but still lively & definitely good enough to hold an awesome show. Circa Survive is one of the best artists, performers, and educators of all time. Next to other great bands like Tool, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Deftones, and many more of that nature.

The hospitality shown by Ritz Ybor staff was fresh and unexpected; of note, this was also my first show at this this venue. The $20 VIP package was a phenomenal treat to discover - two free drinks and a private balcony with a bartender and cocktail server. MTB rocked the stage, on time, and gave it their all, singing and crashing around the stage. I felt as if they were enjoying the set as much as I was! The light show was badass and the sound was on point. Circa was great and all of the above as well, but MTB has my heart.

Minus The Bear put on a much better show than I expected.

Circa Survive put on a mediocre show by the standards they set for themselves at every other show I've seen them play.

Either way the show was amazing and I can't wait for them to come back.

Circa survive is an incredible band. They always put on a show! It had a wonderful energy and the whole crowd was engaged. Minus the bear was the perfect opening act. I witnessed true musicianship. If you haven't seen these guys, you should eat in that.

Minus The Bear always puts on an amazing show. Circa Survive has an amazing band, but the vocals of the lead singer sounded a bit off, so maybe just the sound check needed another round.

They proved this again saturday night. I did not think they were the headliner, but they turned out to be at this show. 20% of the crowd left after Circa Survive.
They have no idea what they were missing. Couldn't really stand Circa Survive. They were too loud and the sound for their set sounded crispy. Not a good live band is what people tell me.

Minus the bear played a blistering set with many of the crowd favorites from their album Omni. State theater is my opinion is one of the best places to see a show. Perfect view of the stage and not really crowded on the right side where I was standing. Also they have reasonably price beers which is good. The long trail IPA is a good thing. Gotta love Maine.

By far one of the best shows I have seen in a little while. The Fillmore Silver Spring is hands down the best venue in the DC area. Not only was it easy to get to, but was a breeze to leave from. The place has a 2nd floor where I watched the show and had the perfect view of the entire festival. I've never seen a venue set up and break down so quickly before. The music was amazing. I had not heard many of the bands that played, but will say I am a fan of some of the new bands I have heard. Circa Survive was absolutely amazing and I was so glad I waited all day to see them play. Fantastic show and a fantastic venue. Can't wait to go to another show there.

Great performance by Circa Survive on Saturday night. I was a little disappointed that they only played for a little over an hour with one quick encore - although it was an excellent version of Get Out. The sound in the venue was not ideal. It was a bit muddy and the bass was turned too far down in the mix. They were solid, but nothing special. The opening bands were a bit too hard core for me and didn't match the musical complexity or melodic competency of Circa Survive. They seemed to be pretty good players, but the style just was not my cup of tea.

The fact is they had not announced any opening acts so when you arrived at te house of blues and noticed that there were multiple back lines set up it became apparent we were in for something special. In this case thank god for friends. Geoff Rickly and the rest of his anonymous United Nations came right out and kicked everyone in the teeth. The best part being a true fan of Thursday myself this was so much more elevated from the energy on that type of show. Tht should tell you something. They were awesome. Next was the metal kings from Pennsylvania A life once lost. These guys were as tight as ever and gave us a different kind of story, sticking to newer material and not falling back into the 3 or 4 songs that everyone knew. They displayed true artistry. After a brief stage clear and set up circa came on and absolutely burnt the place down. The crowd was hot and Anthony commanded the attention of everyone in front of him. All in all the set was long and each song set The emotion for the next. This was my 12th or so time seeing them but this ranks right up top with some of my favorite moments. Go see.

Circa Survive is by far one of the greatest live bands anyone could ever see. The music is dead on. The energy could give the entire planet electricity for a million years. I have seen them multiple times and every time they are just as amazing! The only downside is the staff at the venue are rude. I mean, I don't blame them for being strict since it is a bunch of riled up kids listening to music that makes them dance like maniacs. However, I was prohibited from using the restroom and when I told the security that I really had to go and it was an emergency, which it was, he told me that it was not his problem. So in the end I would say YES to Circa even if they are mean at the venue they are still worth the show!

This concert was good. It was annoying to have people scrambling to get up front but that's normal for a concert. The opening acts were really good.

AWESOME SHOW AS ALWAYS! Starland ballroom always puts on a good show. Should make water ATLEAST a dollar cheaper, also shouldn't have had opening bands play so long, took always from Circa. But overall, great! Loved the confetti and beach balls being passed around as always
