The idea of a concert delivering music from the soundtracks from some of the most recognizable games in the industry is wonderful. Much like the feelings of the creators of this performance, I believe that the artistry of video games is far too often overlooked. The concert itself was great. There was a ton of energy and the music really reflected that. Even though the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra was performing these songs, it wasn't your typical "hush hush" type of concert. People were encouraged to get excited about the music which is what video games are all about. They want you to get excited about what you love. I believe this concert delivered on that idea and would definitely recommend it to others and I will be going in the future if it returns to the area.

Favorite moment: I loved it when the narrator/host of the show was playing his guitar and was jamming
with the violinist in the orchestra rock star style. @

We enjoyed the live feed to the creator of the video game. The pianist that played the video music was awesome. The audience was really into the kid that was chosen to play Guitar Hero on stage. He went for the expert level on Aerosmith's Sweet Emotion and was terrific. The Youth Choir really added a lot to the overall sound coming from the orchestra. The symphony orchestra was a delight to listen to.

The soundtracks of the video games are beautiful! The Oregon symphony was wonderful, the choir too. The show was like walking down memory lane...and even the video and music of the games I knew nothing about was amazing. It was a very educational and fun evening. The interactive part of the show when fans in the audience came up and competed for prizes was very entertaining and the enthusiasm of the fans was contagious!
