i love shackshakers!

i've seen them 3 times in so many years and they never disappoint. i talk them up to my buddies and i'm always checking when they're coming to the city next.

i bought my ticket about a month ago when i saw tey were coming to the mercury lounge, which was the last place i saw them.

the ticket was for a 9:00pm show.

i got there at 8:30pm only to find out they had another act coming on at 9:00pm and the shackshakers were not coming on til 11:00.

11:00pm, not 9:00pm.
My friends had driven in and could start a show on a sunday night at 11:00 and not get home til 2 or 3am. And have to get up very early for work the next day myself.

We were all feeling very disappointed and VERY misled.

And I wasted $$ on ticket I couldn't use and would NOT have purchased is the time advertised were true.

I want a refund.
