For a band I really like, the live show was terrible - way too loud. And while I like guitar and distortion, when it makes it so I can't hear the words or lyrics it becomes just noise.

Too bad, I was really looking forward to this show - my advice, unless your 18 and just want to hear loud guitar, avoid.

Opening act was flat (boring) songs were ok but none of them except the bass player looked happy to be there.

Dinosaur Jr... Jay Macsis looked bored as hell, didn't engage the crowd whatsoever. Played way too many songs off the new album that no one cares about and his solo's went on and on and on and his amp was so loud you could barely hear his vocal or the drums (which was the only energy in the room).... Drummer and bass player had good energy though.

Glad I went to see them once but like I told my girlfriend... if they announced a free show tonight I wouldn't go

Dinosaur Jr. totally rocked!! Beyond my expectations for a band I have loved for 22 years and have seen several times... Just wish they could have played for another hour so I could hear more of my old faves!
Too bad Lou Barlow is such a baby and had to ruin his acoustic set by walking off the stage just because some people were not paying attention to him...
