Celtic Woman are fantastic. I have been a fan and have attended many of their performances since they first performed on PBS approximately 10 years ago -- from Radio City Music Hall in NYC (4); Schenectady and Utica, NY; and Bethel Woods (2).
Celtic Woman have evolved during the past 10 years. From introducing many new songs to
adding new Celtic Woman performers as past performers have moved on with their careers and/or family commitments (Lisa Kelly - my favorite Celtic Woman !!!) Their performances have become much more than just the singing of beautiful songs -- their performances have become much more a dance, song, and fan interaction performance with a wide range of songs and much more - an integration of other Celtic Woman backup singers/dancers and musicians.
The fact that Celtic Woman have a numerous and wide range and variety of songs - many of them signature Celtic Woman fan favorites -- allows them to change each performance -- I have always felt each performance I've attended was like seeing them for the first time!!!!! And I have enjoyed them all!!!
I have watched Chole grow and mature as both a performer and a young woman -- she has the voice of an angel and her range of songs is something to be experienced live!! It is amazing to think Chole was a young teenager (I believe 14/15 years old!!) when Celtic Woman first performed.
To see the solo violinist and fiddle player -- Mairead -- play her instruments and dance around the stage live is like watching an angel dancing on your front lawn!! Terrific performer and performances!!!
