What a let-down! The facilities seemed to have been about 30-40% full. I was frustrated that I had to buy tickets for all 3 days. I would have gladly spent significantly more for better seats during 2 of the days as opposed to being locked in for 3 days. Communication was poor too. The tickets and website said that the matches started at one time, but in reality the matches started 30 minutes later.

The Davis Cup Tennis Event in Jacksonville was great! To see the Bryan Brothers, John Isner, Sam Querry all play was very exciting. Davis Cup Tennis is the most exciting tennis event as they are all playing for their country. I had a great time!

Davis Cup Tennis USA v Brazil was an exciting fun filled weekend event. Every one handling the event at Jacksonville's Veterans Memorial Arena was super nice and accommodating. Everything was first class and safe. We had great seats and enjoyed every moment.

The lack of crowd was terribly disappointing. I've been to many Davis Cup events, including the one in 2007 where we won the world title, and this is the first one that wasn't sold out. What happened?
The tie itself was the only one that I have been to where the fifth match mattered; so, it was perhaps the most exciting one yet. We will probably go to the next tie when we play Serbia.

This was a terrific event. We saw the world number 1 doubles team, the Bryan Brothers, play a 5 set match against Brazil. Great match even though the USA lost. Would highly recommend seeing a Davis Cup match whenever you can.

The Davis Cup doubles match between USA and Brazil on Saturday was really exciting. 5 sets and 4 hours long, except for the fact USA did not win, it was great! The venue was easy to find and access. Only wish they had Davis Cup memorabilia available right when you entered the arena, you had to hunt it down.

I loved the event. I thought it would be a USA blow out and it turned out to be a tight match. Congrats to the USA and Brazil teams for some great play! Also enjoyed talking with the Wilson Tennis reps re Wilson gear. Heard some criticism re poor marketing of the event. I expected a bigger crowd than there was. Overall, thought it was a great event. Go USA Davis Cup!

If you have never experienced Davis Cup tennis...DO! Even if you are not a fan of tennis the experience is electric!! It is one of the very few times in tennis where the crowd can cheer, sing, dance or whatever else they feel like doing to cheer their countrymen on to a victory. It is a patriotic experience as well as a chance to see some very high level tennis....and it's super fun!

It was awesome to be able to see the highest level doubles play close to home. The arena was awesome and the tennis even better. Wish more folks bought tickets as it would be great for the Davis Cup to return to Jacksonville.

This should have been a sold out event. Instead, there were less than 2000 attendees for the last match, which was the deciding match and very very exciting.

I adore tennis and frequently attend professional tennis events (US Open, Indian wells, Sony
Ericsson Miami, etc.) ; however, was disappointed with ticketing for this event. We should be able to pick our seats and should not have to purchase 3 days of tickets. The low attendance is likely predictive of how this ticketing method failed. It was embarrassing to be at a world tennis event with the arena only 1/3rd full.
