The Russell Athletic Bowl (RAB) folks put on an excellent event. We had a paid parking pass which put us near the stadium. The directions to the event were printed on the back of the pass. The signage was completed; the folks working the parking areas were helpful. The RAB staff inside the stadium were friendly. I would return to this event location.

Warm, friendly staff. Vendors polite & friendly typical overpriced stadium food & drinks. Parking was overpriced for a college event. Seats need backs, too many steps to lower level seats. Bathrooms were clean & well stocked. Need a bigger "Jumbo" tron. Not rain friendly!
Hope they donate the leftover t-shirts to charity.

Horrible stadium. No sight lines outside of seating area... No TVs at concession stands... Not helpful when it rains (as it did). Horrible drainage... Needed to walk under stands & avoid cascading water. No electric hand dryers in bathrooms. A great venue if it was 1975.

Purchased tickets as best available. Front row of upper deck very expensive. When we got to the game many better seats (whole sections) were empty and we watched the game through a chain link fence that came just above eye level that blocked our view. No warning that these seats had obstructed view. Watched second half from home.

Teams played poorly (understatement) but that can happen.

It is always easier to enjoy a sporting event when your team wins, so the fact that Florida State came back and won against a good Notre Dame team created a rosy memory for the four of us. I liked the stadium. Even though we were on the third tier, about halfway up on the 10 yard line, we had an awesome view of the entire field and could really see each play unfold, good or bad. Security was good, and access to the top tier , though a long walk up the ramps, was not too steep or difficult. It was a shame the escalators were not operational going down after the game, but not a big deal.

The only negatiove of the game was that the FSU fans sitting in the row behind us apparently believed their ticket bought them not only their seat but the space above ours. As enthusiastic college football fans, we have a tendency to stand and cheer throughout the game. Unfortunately, our neighbors to the rear took exception to our enthusiasm and complained about us blocking their view. We recommended they get excited and enjoy the game as well, but they were content to complain to and about us. Sad really. It put a slight damper on our otherwise quite enjoyable Champs Sports Bowl experience.

This was our third trip to capital one and champ bowl

This year ...
1) we received no parking pass as before and had to pay $25 to park on a private drive
2) already in florida we phoned the ticket place and asked again about the parking pass and we were They must not have included them in package this year
3) arrive home 10 days later and received a parking pass for the Champ bowl
4) food variety was very low compared to previous capital one bowl games
5) paid over $200 each ticket and had to look thru a camera man sitting on a pedestal right in front of the endzone. Couldn't see any part of the game from the 30 yard toward the endzone That we were sitting

good seats - great fans - the Florida State fans were very gracious to us ND fans. View of downtown Orlando was super and enjoyed bands, halftime and parachuters at beginning of game. Public Address system was too loud - drowned out conversations and often time the bands. Did not like the rapper music selections on the pa system

The seminoles pulled out a victory, so it was a great game from that perspective, but the stadium is old, the food selection was abysmal, and everything was cash only. Come on Citrus bowl, no pizza, no chicken sandwiches, no desserts, no starbucks, and to top it off the vendors ran out of boiled peanuts. Also, very few food places or vendors around the stadium, so if you plan to go next year, eat ahead of time. Security getting in to the stadium was lacking. They didn't even check my wife's bag heading into the stadium

There is nothing like college sports. The electricty in the air. The friendly digs between different schools. No unruley fans like at pro events. Great game. Great atmosphere. would recommend it to anyone.

The entire day was great. Really recommend attending Fan Zone for $10 extra. Face painting, vendors, etc helped make it a great day

The game itself was great. But the stadium-SUCKS! tiny, only one screen, & the only speakers were on ONE ENDZONE. so everything echo!
the city of orlando at first seemed like they were organized by having most people park at the fairgrounds, however, they didnt have a designated space (away from traffic) for the buses to pick everyone up at the end of the game. Therefore, THOUSANDS of people crowded into this one little space (mostly in the streets) waiting for these buses. There was no planning. This went on for 45 min before any police finally showed up. there was no one directing traffic afterwards. it was like all the planners just disappeared.
& then no one directing traffic from the fairgrounds into traffic. & the traffic light was set to "blinking yellow."
Whoever thought they planned this=YOU DIDNT! you would think for a city that is 30 min from Disney, they could have used some of their ideas.
OVERALL=NOT REMOTELY WORTH THE $$$$

I didn't prepay for parking so I got there 3 hours early and was able to pay for parking in a stadium lot for $25. The stadium is really nice and the fans were great. I would go again.

the game was great. the event staff were friendly, helpful. view was amazing from my seat. .the only 2 things that was a problem was that after the game, needed to open more gates for exiting fans and for preferred parking the traffic was terrible to get out of lot. otherwise, would go again.
