Location:Louisiana
Even though the troupe is called "Ballet Memphis", it has a modern feel. Very enjoyable! The show was only an hour and a half. I loved it!!

I brought my 12 year old daughter, who is a dancer, wanting to expose her to to a performance other than the classical ballet she has already seen. We were both amazed and entertained for the entire performance. The opening Roy Orbison piece caught our attention from the moment the dancers stepped onto the stage. The last piece, Dew Point, was both amusing and moving. We would definitely see them again! The highlight, however, came after the show when the director of the company happened to walk by us and ask us about the show, then invited us backstage to meet the dancers.
