This was my 2nd time seeing Kix, the first being at M3 Rock Fest 2010 in Columbia MD, it was nice to see them in a small venue as opposed to a big outdoor arena... The only problem, which is the reason why I made this a 4-star review, is that they started kinda late... because of 4 openers and a 7 PM start time, Kix didn't start until 10:45 PM, which is really a bit late considering that lots of people are tired out by that time after being there for 4 or more hours.. and, I was a bit disappointed in their setlist, in that they forgot "Midnight Dynamite", their best song, and pretty much the only 'hit' they ever had, other than "Don't Close Your Eyes", and maybe "Blow My Fuse".. but, otherwise they were still good, definitley worth seeing! Hopefully next time I see them, whether be it at M3 again or at another small venue, they won't start as late...
Kix concerts might not be 'kid tested, mother approved' like the cereal, haha, but they're certainly a fun time! They are such an underrated band, it's a shame that Poison and Def Leppard made it big and they didn't... They are certainly way better than those 2 overrated bands by a longshot!

Opening act(s): Spread Eagle(they were great), Trimm(local NJ/NY area hard rock band, they were good too), Lords of Mercy(another good NJ hard rock band), and, last but least, The Dirty Stayouts, they sucked @
