Everyone complains about the sound but i thought the show was incredible... Its just raw energy. They just go up there and jam it how they feel. always a different vibe.. their music went through my ears into my brain and the came surging out of me in sweat..straight raged it..rolllllllllll

Brooklyn's prospect park was a beautiful setting and it was a perfect night to take in a concert. The first two acts were great but nothing could compare to the quality of tv on the radio. Playing mostly songs off of dear science they hit every note and played the songs with as much heart and energy as they could to give their hometown crowd a great show. Songs included wolf like me, golden age, staring at the sun, halfway home, and many more included a 3 song encore. Great show and I would definatly see them over and over again

Loved the show. First time to prospect park bandshell which turned out to be an amazing venue that was just the right size. Chin chin was fantastic. We had seen them before and they never disappoint. TV on the radio played an amazing set and really put it over the top with their encore. It was great to see chin chin as well as some other musicians just mingling with the crowd. All in all a great time.

Great setting, but the sound mix was just awful. The horns were all one solid block of noise and vocals and drums were too hot. There was no way to get into it, and the entire place was bored. Wish this was a free show or 10 dollars, but not worth 30...seriously...very dissapointing.

Simply an amazing set. Prospect Park is an ideal setting to watch a band, with lush natural surroundings on a beautiful summer night. TVOTR really seem to believe in what they're doing and save the pomp that a lot of indie headliners put forth. I could use cliches like "these guys kick ass" or "TVOTR rocks," but that would minimize the experience. On second thought, yeah, they kick ass.

First Chin Chin openened the sweltering evening with jazz laced funk that left a lot of people...still sitting. They did the introductory band thing, thanks for coming, hell of a line up, etc. etc... Afterwards Gang Gang Dance. I forget that TVOTR is still considered an experimental group, and with that they're paired with other experimental groups, so I guess that GGD was there to compliment them. But they didn't at all. It was less dance and more Bjork tinged noise with a lot of effects that drowned out everything. Not a fan.
TVOTR did take a while to set up everything, but it was a hell of a performance that lasted well into the night.
