I was pretty excited for this concert after getting tickets. Drake White and David Nail opened and David was awesome. Great voice live and just a talented musician. Billy was great sounding live and just kept the crowd going with one song after another. It was a little cold and seats were kinda crowded together but it was a fun night.

This was Billy Currington's second show in 2010. I was lucky enough to see this one, as well as his first of the year the night before in Plant City FL. I have seen Billy in concert many times before and he never disappoints. He performs many fan favorties like People are Crazy and Must Be Doin Somethin Right, as well as cover songs like Superstition. Billy has a smooth voice and can sing just about anything, from classic country to r&b. He connects with the audience, and you can't help but sing along with all of his songs. He also included several new songs, my favorite was "Until You", a beautiful love song. He sang about 12 songs, then his encore was about six more songs, beginning with a fantastic acoustic version of Ain't Just Whistlin Dixie. He ended with the big fan favorite Good Directions. I would recommend seeing Billy if you ever have the chance, you will not regret it! We were lucky enough to be right up front by the stage, it was worth standing for about 4 hours until he came on stage around 10 pm.

The singing was fair to alright.... The action to keep the crowd entertained was poor we left early and had a better time on the drive home listing to the radio.... Poor performance...

AWESOME concert, the best I have seen so far, so much ENERGY. The music was NONSTOP. You could see how much he does appreciate his fans. It was good seeing his dog Paco when he sang “Like my Dog”. He sang all our Favorites. The Best, Must go out and see him when he is in your area. Two ladies sitting next to us drove from Huntsville and Corpus Christi Texas (about 7 hour drive) to see him, they also said how AWESOME he was. I might also add that my wife and I usually leave early to avoid the rush, not this time. Go Billy, best of luck next week.

The Flames on the Bayou Music Festival was great! It was a perfect day for a concert and an event that many want to see become annual. Great artists, food and drink with old friends made for a fun day and night!

Billy Currington was awesome at Winstar! It was the first time I have seen him in concert but certainly will not be the last. We had amazing seats and he had us up dancing the whole show. It was well worth the cost of the tickets.

This was a fantastic concept/idea for the small town of Thibodaux, however, I think that the turnout was not so great. First, the festival was too long...from 1pm to 10pm. I think that having one awesome headliner band and having this at the Harang Municipal Auditorium would have brought a better crowd. With an outdoor concert, weather can cause issues, as it was particularly cold on the night of this concert. Another hindrance was that I think the Madonna concert stole a lot of locals who might otherwise have gone to this festival. The price of the ticket was adequate, but beers were expensive, as was parking. With some tweaking of the schedule and band(s) and dates, as well as moving it indoors, perhaps it may be a better success.

Very entertaining. Loved that we could bring our own chairs and blankets, and the food was sooooo good! We left a little early because it was SO cold when the sun went down, but overall a great show!
