It was awesome to cheer for our USA teams before the Olympics. As I had never attended an NBA or WNBA game, it was amazing to see the professional athletes in person.

With the greatest stars of basketball in the court, the game was a lot more then a show-off. Brazil put up a hard matchup. First quartar ended with Brazil leading by 10! By halftime, though, Team USA was already leading by 5, but this difference never grew much. Was an exciting game!
Also we had President Obama and the awesome Verizon Center! Great game, great atmosphere and crowd!

The main event (USA-Brazil men's game) was excellent. Full of stars on both sides, great level of play. Even US president Barack Obama was in the attendance. I didn't pay attention to the women's game.

The US vs Brazil basketball game on July 16 was indeed an epic event. The event started with the women's basketball game in which they performed incredibly well and this was followed by the US men's basketball game. The team was made up of the best basketball players in the world, not underestmating the Brazilian team with about two familiar faces, Verajao of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Nene of the Washington Wizards. The Brazilians were dominating at the beginning and took control of the first half but the US came back in the second half and destroyed their opponents with Lebron James leading the score with approximately 23 points and the Kevin Durant with 12 points and Kobe Bryant with 10 points. The game had a great number of attendants with the President being among and sitting right in front of the court and he happen to be caught in a kissing cam as well. The game was really entertaining as the men's basketball team displayed incredible skills showing a promising gold medal at the 2012 Olympic games in London.

This was a great event to be held in DC. It was an opportunity that no one should have missed if they were close to the area. To see a double header with these profession athletes was a memory for the books. Although the tickets in the upper deck were pretty expensive I still had a great time.

The Womens USA team was great and looked unbeatable. The mens USA team was awesome. They WILL win the gold medal. I was very excited to see President Obama and his family there. I think it was very cool that they took time out from their busy schedule to come and acknowledge the great USA 2012 basketball teams.

Got my tickets from will call, was pissed once I got there the line was super
Long! It was ok though, the line moved incredibly fast and I was in my seat quickly. Great to see team USA play before they went overseas.
