I came to see Misery Index and Dying Fetus. Both bands delivered the goods. The rest of the acts also put on solid performances, though I won't be running to the record store to get their albums. The only part that sucked was having to go out to Long Island. The venue itself was kind of grimey, but I guess that's to be expected for a death metal set, not to mention the small crowd hardly warranted anything larger or more upscale. Overall, it was a good time, and besides the venue, the only thing I would do differently is not show up with a wicked hangover.
