Perfect. Flawless. Extremely entertaining. I'm not a huge dance fan but this show is awesome. If it returns, I'll go see it again and I'll take my grandkids next time.

My 8-year-old daughter has been doing Irish dance for two years, and is in our local dance company. For her birthday, I took her to see Lord of the Dance -- something I figured she'd enjoy as an Irish dancer. Well, not only did my little dancer love it, this mom with two left feet was blown away! We were thoroughly entertained from beginning to end. The amount of talent on that stage at one time was unbelievable. This experience is one we both will remember and talk about for a very long time.

The sound system in Stephens Auditorum was one of the best I have heard in a long time. The Lord of The Dance was excellent in performance, in costumes, in background, in use of color and lighting, they played to the audience very well, and it was so good I didn't think it was long enough. Their dancing was wonderful , so in time with each other and with the music. I would or I will tell all my friends and relatives to go see The Lord of The Dance.

I took my teenage daughter, and she said it was the most spectacular dancing that she'd ever seen. We didn't want the show to end.

I had never been to this type of show, and found my jaw dropping at the absolute perfection of these dancers. Each move was perfectly iin sync with the fellow dancer next to them. The arm movements were even the same heigt as you lookd down the row of dancers. This is a great show to watch. It is very entertaining and moves along rather quickly. I found myself saying " oh it's over ? " I would highly recommend this show.

I took my 6 year old son to the show with me. The show started at 7:30, 1/2 hour past his normal bed time. I thought he might make it through the first half if I was lucky. He was on the edge of his seat the entire time, as was I. It was an unforgettable event. The dancing, music & light show was amazing.

Cuddos to my mother! She is the one that spotted Lord Of The Dance in the paper and asked me to take her. It was spectacular!!!!!!!!!!! I will remember it for the rest of my life. The dancers, the light show, the music, the all around atmosphere was awesome!!!!!!! I will never forget it and would suggest to anyone reading this that if they get the chance to see it, DO IT!!! They will not regret it. THANK-YOU dancers. You are all very talented and put on one amazing performance.

Lord of the Dance is an enjoyable show but it is not in any way traditional Irish dancing. There are many suggestive and sexual dances that are what you would expect from Michael Flatley but still a little too much. The best dances are done by the the entire group or by just the men in my opinion. It isn't anything like Riverdance, not even close. And in all honesty, I don't think Flatley wants that if you know his story. My husband and I took our three Irish dancer daughters and were hoping that the majority of the show would be more traditional. We have all seen both Riverdance and the Trinity Irish dancers before and have enjoyed both of those shows immensely. All five of us agreed that Lord of the Dance was okay, but not as good as we had hoped. Even though we knew Lord of the Dance would be different, it was a little hard to follow and embarrassing to watch at times. And the overall talent just wasn't what we had hoped. If you are used to Flatley's style than you won't be disappointed, but if you are not, or you are taking your kids or expecting traditional, than I would say save your money and wait for Riverdance or the Irish Trinity dancers!

The venue was wonderful for this show. The dancers were very talented and kept the show flowing well. The dancers attempts to engage the audience just increased the quality of the show as well. Definitely worth the time to see.

My five year old grandson wanted the show to go on and on, but his four year old sister was bored after an hour. I thought the show was entertaining but the ballet was poor. It started late because the ushers were totally unfamiliar with the arena. We had to move three times before we were shown the correct seats.

Over all it was a good show, but I have to say I was a little disappointed. When people actually danced it was great, but all of the posturing and posing I could have done without. The singing was alright; if completely unexpected. Although I am not sure what the language of the second song was. The accent sounded more French than Gallic. The Music in general was awesome! I don’t want to sound like some random picky person; I do have dance and music experience. I guess it just wasn’t what I expected.

The performance was ok. I would rate it average. The dancing was great, but I was disappointed that the performance overall did not seem to be put together to tell a story. If I knew then what I know now I would not have purchased the tickets.

Don't get me wrong, there were some really great moments in the performance, but this felt like (and probably was) a second-tier, hinter-lands touring company. Or maybe they've just done the show too often to still find it interesting. My 6 year old adored it, and I enjoyed a good deal of it, but it was overall flat. The sound was not that good; the amplified floor (so that the tapping of the shoes was really loud) actually sounded more like dubbed sound than real. (My husband still isn't sure that it was real, it was so bad.) The show itself was a bit off; a Shaker hymn as the motif for an Irish dance set at a castle, with elaborate costumes? That's just odd. Then, again, it did have some terrific moments.

The quality of the performance was mediocre. This particular troupe was not very polished or finished. They lacked a smooth flow among performers. I would have expected more a better performance at C Y Stephens.

I was blown away by the production. I still can't figure out how they move their feet that fast! They all move as one. The hours of practice put into it are very evident. i would love to see it again. I recommend it to anyone. It doesn't matter if you like dance or not. My boyfriend even really enjoyed it.
