A flawless show. Amy Lee is such a strong front woman and her voice was perfect throughout the show. She truly loves her audience and it shows. The band played seamlessly and everything sounded great.

This was easily the best concert I have ever seen. Believe me, I have seen some very good ones through the years. Evanescence can rock. Amy’s voice was breath taking and was perfect from beginning to end.

BEST CONCERT EVER!!!! Small venue, great atmosphere, the band sounded amazing and Amy Lee's voice didn't skip a beat. This is how true musicians sound when playing live in concert.........not digital trickery

this was by far the best show i've ever seen! grand ballroom was small enough so everyone could see the stage perfectly. amy lee's voice is absolutely amazing! she sounds even better live than on cd. i would recommend to anyone who has the chance to see them perform to go see it. it's bound to be a wonderful show.

To be honest, I was not sure what to expect from their live performance, but they were really good. It's definitely one of the best bands out there.

The place was not that great though. They were supposed to open at 7. Instead, we had to wait in a very long (half a block between 8th and 9th Ave) line outside. It was pretty chilly. They opened around 7:30 and we were in only around 8.

Inside, it was on the 7th floor with an elevator for 6-7 people, which explains why it took so long to get in.

I was not too happy that we had to pretty much stand the whole event, but I knew it when I was buying the tickets.

The volume, especially the opening band, was too loud for my taste. Maybe it was the hall itself, but the overall sound could have been better.

Evanescence started around 9:15 and they really PERFORMED out there, so it was definitely worth it.

They were just amazing all the songs played were breath taking, the intro was out of this world and I can't stop watching it on youtube. Amys voice was exquisite and band was great and james from finger 11 was a great fill in. This is by far the best evanescence concert and I'm so luck to have been there.

It's great to see Evanescence at a small venue as it's obviously more intimate. Sitting 1000 feet away in an upper deck somewhere is no way to see a show. Especially if you want to hear great sound.
Amy delivered as expected. I can't believe her vocals get better and better with time.
Even her interaction with the crowd during a technical snafu was entertaining, and as is expected of a true professional, the show went on and she took charge and improvised.
Looking forward to future shows, and a NEW CD!!!

I flew from Wisconsin to NYC to see this SPECIAL event. The band hasn't toured in nearly two years and they may not tour for the foreseeable future so, this was a MUST SEE for me. Well, to make a long story short, they did NOT disappoint. James Black (from Finger Eleven) lent his considerable skills to the mix of the "AXE man", Tim McCord on bass, the hard pounding Will Hunt on drums and lead guitarist Terry Balsamo. It seems because of the short notice, there might not have been a lot of prep time but the band was "rock hard" from the start of Will's opening drumbeat to the last chord.
There seemed to be one technical malfunction early in the set but then the fifth band member had the crew roll out the Steinway and the glitch was dealt with. Oh, that fifth band member was, of course, Amy. Not only did she adroitly handle that snafu but she (and the band) kicked some major butt throughout the night. I can't wait for them to tour the US again (especially, the Midwest, like...around Milwaukee maybe???) Seriously, great show. The lady has "pipes for daaaaaaays" and plays a mean piano. If this incarnation of Evanescence comes by a town near you, I highly recommend you go. You won't be disappointed. They are FAR BETTER than..."Good Enough".

I've been following Amy and the Boys since they started! I live in Chicago and flew in with my sister to New York to see Amy! It was the MOST INCREDIBLE SHOW SHE HAS EVER DONE! She's back at 110%!!! Probably the best show I've ever been too. Amy was amazing and her voice was perfect right up until the last song. The venue was small and thats how I like it. Evanescence is a very talented group of musicians and they know how to keep the audience happy. She played almost every song I wanted to hear. So to sum up.....it was just Awesome.

WOW!!! This was a truly a night to remember. The true fans came out tonight, and there were tons who wanted to go but couldn't get tickets. This was truly a treat because the tickets were fairly priced and worth every last cent.

Anyway, it seemed to take FOREVER for Evanescence to come, but it finally happened. Like you guys probably already know, they opened with Going Under and that song never sounded so good! I mean, Amy sounded okay live before, but last night she just blew me away! She's never sounded so good! I don't know if it was the two years break or what, but she had it! Everybody sounded great and looked awesome, even when Terry sort of had a mishap with his guitar. I think out of all the songs though, Good Enough sounded the best. I have NEVER heard her sing that well before. I don't know if it was the cello or what, but her voice literally brought tears to my eyes. Maybe it was because she really wanted to make it nice, since it was Josh's birthday or what. Never really cared for that song, but I did like it that night. I was surprised that she encored with My Immortal, since we all know she hates that song, but it sounded good. Whisper was another one she did really well too, plus, I was really happy for her to play Taking Over Me. I hadn't heard her sing that live before and that's one of my favorite songs off of Fallen. Her outfit was absolutely gorgeous too and she looked awesome too. I have to say, I prefer her with that hairstyle. She looked stunning.
