The Rumplestiltskin puppet show was one for all ages. I came with children ages 6, 9, and 13; all of them were mesmerized from the opening comments. There were much younger children in the audience who were also quiet and immersed from the beginning. Personally, I loved the slight German accent, though it made it a little more difficult for the younger children. The puppeteers were accomplished and put on a grand show. The volunteers in the lobby helping children make small puppets were personable and helpful. And every person involved in the production was there with a ready smile.
The audience broke into spontaneous applause when the Queen was able to guess the mannekin's name. A true sign that they were totally drawn in by the performance.
