It was great, upclose, personal, loud ,crazy, motovating ,the bands were just real not fake they relate to all of us who love music just as much as all the bands do. I really don't know what else to say anyone that went could tell you it was a great show . If you want a great review you need to see it yourself it was ( I don't even no the word to use ) I would go again for sure!

Rise Against always puts on an amazing and totally energetic show! They are great in concert. :) I also really loved the House of Blues... I'd never seen a show there before so I thought it was really a great venue. I'll definetly see Rise Against for a 4th time and I'd love to go to another show at HOB.

I was pleased at the suprise i got from the quality of billy talent's opening act. The show rancid put on was out of this world and the crowd was amazing. the california style pit was probably the best ive ever been in. Rise Against blew my mind... they were ALL OVER the place giving people all kinds of reason to want to see them a hundred more times.

at 30, I have been to lots of shows over the years and when I saw Rancid was playing with Rise Against I thought it would make a neat gift/experince to take my teenage nephew and his girlfriend to as they are huge Rise Against fans and my husband and I are huge Rancid fans. Rancid was freakin awesome as always and I felt like I was 18 years old again holdin my own in the pit! I was sooo incredibly surprised by Rise Against as I was not very familiar with them (except for playing their songs on Guitar Hero). Their energy was great and the performance outstanding!! This show is a must no matter what your age as long as you like punk rock!! Easily one of the best shows I have ever been too. to top it off after the show we were walking back to our cars after stopping at Mcdonalds and happen to run across the guys from Rise Against, who were so cool to hang out a bit and pose for pics with my nephew and his gf. It meant the world to them!!

i loved every moment of it billy talent kickass and his music was great rancid i could not hear to much casue i was being crused in the mosh pits but rise agsint i loved it everybody was singing along with the songs it was great

These guys seem to have a special connection with Canada. I can't really describe it. But the show was amazing! These guys have risen to the top of my playlists for sure.
Worth the 14 hours drive to see them.

Billy Talent despite being a huge unknown comparatively to Rise Against and Rancid started the show with a solid set. I'm not a huge fan but it got the crowd moving. Until 4 red shirt staff decided moshing wasn't allowed and pretty much spent the rest of Billy Talent's set breaking up any pit activity.
Rancid played most of their classics but also alot off the new album...The new album not really the best but topping And Out Come the wolves is borderline impossible. Still a great set from a legendary band.
Rise Against played a great mixed set of most of there staples from Siren's Call up to Appeal to Reason. Not much of the older stuff other than Everchanging (acoustic) but I guess eventually you get tired of playing those old songs. I loved the show made everything completely worthwhile. I left the concert bruised up, very dehydrated but most importantly happy.

I didn't know who billy talent was before the concert, but they performed with a lot of energy and played well in my opinion. I enjoyed them a lot. Rancid should probably stop touring because it was just a bunch of horrible deafening noise and i didn't enjoy it at all. Rise against had one glitch with guitars not working but kept going through it and performed incredibly overall. I love their music

The venue: I like the standing area designs, because it creates less crowding towards the front, and so there are plenty of comfortable places to stand. I enjoyed that there was a LARGE bar in the rear, as well. BUT, the Joint is my least favorite venue to date for the following reason: there is no where to sit, and sitting on the floor between sets is not allowed (bouncers will tell you to stand up).
The performers: GREAT! Billy Talent and Rise Against have great stage prescence and are just all around AMAZING in concert. Rise Against singing "Everchanging" acoustic = best part of the night. Never seen Rancid before, and honestly they gave me a headache. All their songs sound the same in person. Blah.

Having these two bands rock the house together really shows the progression of punk rock. A new generation getting to witness a legendary punk band that started back with Op Ivy in the late 80's hits a nostalgic nerve of pride to the surface,

I'll tell ya, I'm 31 years old and I've been to a ton of shows in my life but it's been a long time since I was in a pit that intense. Awesome job to all that participated...any many props to the little chick in the white shirt. I thought she was going to die several times but she made it through unscathed. Oh and the concert was great too...Rise Against rocked it out.

This show was soooooo good. It was a very intense show, so I don't recommend it for kids, but the music was great. Rise Against was very easy to understand, the sound quality was excellent. The mosh pit was basically war, which created a fun atmosphere for everyone. GO SEE RISE AGAINST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
