Jason Mraz puts on one heck of a show. He played at least one song from every album as well as covers of any song that fit the mood of the show, old favorites and songs never before heard. Although I was disappointed not to hear Curbside Prophet, what I figured was standard for him, I appreciated the variety and his ability to keep me guessing. He was fun, passionate, and full force.

Jason Mraz was so good, he sounds amazing live. He is so full of life and excitement, and you really get the message behind each of his songs. The whole thing was full of energy and a wonderful experience! He picked some great songs, and even though I didn't know all of them perfectly, there wasn't one I didn't love.

Jason Mraz rocked the house. This was the first time I had seen him perform live, and it was worth every penny. He is so full of energy, and is such a positive person! Clearly he loves what he does, as does every member of his band, which is so refreshing to see in an artist. The playlist was long and diverse and he touched across his years as a writer/performer.
Christina Perri opened for him, and her show was powerful as well.

Because I don't listen to popular music, I had never heard of Jason Mraz. We went because we wanted to see the venue, and that was the concert that night. Jason Mraz now has 2 new fans. The high level of musicianship, the smart songwriting, and the great presentation all added up to a wonderful night I was sorry to see end (even standing in the rain throughout!). I loved the rapport of the musicians, and every song was wonderful to listen to. You normally go to concerts hoping the live experience will live up to the studio recording; I'm hoping the CDs I'll be buying soon measure up to the live experience! So glad we went! I hope we can see him again, someday.

Jason Mraz and warm-up Christina Perri were both amazing at Red Rock Theater in Colorado. Christina started the night out with a high energy, hard hitting performance. I was only familiar with her 'Jar of Hearts', but actually liked the rest of her songlist even better.

Jason was everything I hoped he would be. Nothing flashy (although the set and lighting were great), just great vocals, a kick ass band, and a performance style that felt like he was a regular guy spending some time with a groups of friends. In spite of non-stop rain through the ENTIRE performance, I enjoyed every minute of this concert.

I absolutely LOVED the show!!!! Jason Mraz is one of my favorite artists and I was already over the moon knowing that I was finally going to get the chance to see him in concert. I'm also a fan of Christina Perri but, as I was driving out to Red Rocks I was telling a friend that I didn't think I would like her very much live. I WAS WRONG! She is such an amazing talent and I can't wait to see how much further she takes her career.
Again, I absolutely enjoyed every single second of my concert experience and wish I could go to more shows on this tour.

There are plenty of vocalists in the the world and many even tour. Few, however, have the vocal control of Jason Mraz. It would be great if he talked up the crowd a little more but that is not what I went to go see. Rarely do visual effects impact me emotionally. There were times during this show, however, where I got goosebumps.

I'll put last nights Jason Mraz show up there among the best shows I have ever seen

I've seen a few hundred concerts over the last 40 years or so. It helped that he played the only two remaining JM songs left on my bucket list ("Remedy" and "You and I Both")

I think it's because we had such good seats. The sound was crystal clear from down there. The people in our section were totally into it, hanging on every note and word like they were savoring the last bite of pie. JM was extremely focused and in a zone last night (All Dialed In) but it may not have been apparent to those in the back of such a large venue. My kids were all on the lawn and while they had a blast & thought it was a good show, it did not draw the kind of "epic" reaction that we had. To them it was kind of mellow and a good night to lay on the lawn with their sweetie, gaze at the stars and listen to some good tunes on a beautiful night.

I go to concerts for 4 things
1) Chance to slow dance with my honey - CHECK
2) Chance to sing my ass off to songs I know through and through - CHECK
3) Want to see someone innovative, and unique - CHECK
4) Tailgate and share some good times with friends and family - CHECK

JM can't be boxed in to any neat little category. Perhaps his music borders on Pop but it's so much beyond that. He is a brilliant lyricist and call me old fashioned but I enjoy songs with fantastic melodies and harmonies. He is extraordinarily engaging, funny and likable without getting preachy, or cryptic. He does a lot of free stuff and benefits too. Last night his staff went around the lawn and upgraded people into seats down front.

Good solid 2 hours & I'd go again tonight just to hear the exact same set list.

Jason Mraz exceeded my already high expectations at his concert Saturday night in Dallas. I knew the man was talented and I am a big fan, but I didn't realize what a genius he is at song writing, what a great voice he has, what a multitalented musician he is, and what an all around great entertainer he is. He made a great connection with the audience right from the beginning and kept that connection throughout the show, which was probably the best part of all.

Wow, I loved Jason Mraz but after seeing him live - I am a little bit obsessed...and I am not a screaming teenager! This show was just so so good...the music was outstanding - the horn section, the violinist, the percussionist - and of couse Jason's voice, lyrics and warm/funny/smart style made it a great show. I want to see this show again - don's miss it if you are considering.

Jason Mraz is an awesome artist!!! His vocals and harmonies with his band are always the best. (Shout out to Toca!) He is skilled at creating new sounds and putting spins on his most reconizable songs!!! I also dig his use of the jazz horns players from Austin! He's the best artist ever!

It was one of the best concerts I'd seen in the past ten years. He's not only a great singer, he's also a really good person that really cares about people and the planet we live on. It shows tremendously in his songs and the initiatives he supports. And man does he have a great voice! I'm looking forward to seeing him again on Sept 1st at the America's Cup Pavilion.

I love Jason Mraz, and couldn't wait to go to his concert, I had counted down for months. But the entire concert he just seemed disinterested in the crowd and in performing. His singing was amazing, but the performance was lacking. I don't know if it was because it was in Charlotte, NC, and he had some sort of prejudice against us, but I was really hoping for better, adn was let down.

I was lucky enough to have seen Jason several times before, but the Amphitheatre was a special location. It was a beautiful outdoor concert and what I love about Jason in general is that he always mixes up the setlist. He plays all the popular hits, but also leaves room for some of the lesser played tunes. He's an incredible musician who connects with the audience and gives them his all. Can't wait for the next one!
