I bought tickets with the sole intention of seeing the Black Keys cuz they rock my socks off. Between the variety of vendors, the locally microbrewed beer and the intimate set up, I couldn't help but feel that I had found the "diamond in the rough" of the summer. The keys performed a fantastic show in a beautifully unique venue. I will be back again!

Favorite moment: The people crowd surfing during the Keys. I dont usually like that stuff but since it was on the other side of the stage, I enjoyed watching it. @

Forecastle this year was set up great. I had a blast. There was enough room to move around fairly easily,given the small space it was in. I started the day seeing Cage, the elephant. They are from Kentucky and put on a great show. After that we saw the Whigs. They put on a pretty good show considering I have never heard of them. The set that Pretty Lights did was amazing. They had people dancing like crazy. Best of all were the Keys. They played a really good set. Most of the music they played came from the album Magic Potion. All in all, I cant wait for next year to see what forecastle has in store.

The Festival was a terrific event. The venue is a great place to see music and have an awesome time. The Black keys put on a wonderful show.
