Good family entertainment. The Toyota Center is a good venue for a basketball game. good seating. Lots of things going on at time outs and halftime.

The game was great. I love to see a Cougar victory.

My review is going to focus on StaffPro's inefficiency to get people in the door in a timely manner. First of all the doors didn't open until about 50 minutes before game time. We were shocked that we couldn't get into the arena at least 60 minutes. Not to mention, it was about 15 degrees outside. When the doors finally opened, StaffPro's rate of getting people through the door was abysmal. We weren't too far back in line, but it took over 15 minutes to get in the door. With today's technology, this is completely uncalled for.

Please at least hire someone who is capably of scanning tickets in a timely fashion and/or have more people at the gate to answer questions. We noticed many people were asking for directions right as they got their ticket scanned. The ticket scanner person was then focusing on them instead of getting people in the door.

Fun event. My son enjoyed it but for me it was just OK. I wish that the concession stands were selling more though. Just seemed kind of cold and empty.
