The games turned out to be very competitive and my teams both won, so it was a fun competition.
But there was too little done to honor the great Coach Wooden, the reason for the Classic.
Some hard-to-hear video tributes interspersed throughout the games were about it...no memorial program (the first Classic after his passing!), no hand outs other than a cheesy 1-page roster that didn't even list the coaches, not even a logo on the floor.
It seemed to me that while the games were entertaining, the event has lost its focus.
As an admirer with great respect of John Wooden, I was disappointed.
