The whole experience was great, from choosing my tickets online, printing them, purchasing parking, the most difficult time was waiting to go. Parking was great, walking to the Balboa Theatre was short, my seats were great. The performance was outstanding and I am sooo glad we went. Couldn't have been better.

Went to the concert with my girlfriend who is a Music Ed major, and we loved it! My favorite was "Introduction and Rondo."Absolutely fantastic!

This was an enjoyable concert if you like Angel Romero playing that old war-horse of a concerto for guitar by Rodrigo, the Concierto de Aranjuez. As usual Romero played an encore, composed by his father called Fastasia. It was stupendous piece for solo guitar. The Mozart pieces were a very early opera overture, The Dream of Scipio and the Serenade No. 4 in D. I have never heard either of these pieces, which were composed when Mozart was a teen. They were pleasant pieces, but not top drawer Mozart. The Serenade had eight short movements, which the audience applauded after each movement.

This was my first concert of this nature. I was very pleased...Frederica was amazing. My 17 year old daughters attend the performance with me. They too, were pleased.

The upbeat notes were her glorious voice, her wonderful stage presence and the delightful pacing of the program. The only down note was this was part of her farewell tour.

We enjoyed the evening very much. It was very nice that her singing was not miked, but her speaking was. I have hearing problems, so I enjoyed hearing every word.

I attended three evenings of concerts including Sarah Chang, Dennis James, Anthony McGill, Adam Neiman and Conductor David Atherton. In a word each concert was "breathtaking."

Easy parking, short walk to theater, great last-minute seats! Wonderful performance. A great evening over-all. The way entertainment should always be.
