It had been three years since I last went to Louisville Slugger Field, and the previous trip was with the family, so going solo this time allowed me a much greater opportunity to enjoy the park.
This is a quality minor league ballpark with plenty of big league features. Had dinner at Browning's, the brew pub located in the facade building down the first base line. Good meal at a value price. As a result, I didn't eat anything else during the game. Did have a beer and was glad to see a stand with options outside the usual Bud, Miller, Coors products.
Seats were in the third row behind the visitor's dugout. Sun was a factor early through about five innings. Was glad I was wearing a hat. Those without were struggling.
Sight lines and scoreboards are good. Concourses and restrooms are adequate.
Overall, Louisville Slugger Field is a nice minor league park.

Ticket Master is a great way to get good seats for the Bats. It was a big event, and it was very convenient to print my tickets and go straigt to the entrance.

We had GREAT seats and enjoyed the game - however, I was disappointed that we paid for a "grand slam" which allowed us a hot dog and drink along with ball caps. The grand slam ticket indicated that you could get a hot dog at ANY concession stand - but we stood in line for about 20 minutes only to find out that the concession stand was the WRONG stand. Then we stood in line for another 1 hour to get our hot dog - would ordinarily not have taken 1 hour - but do to a promo of $1.00 hot dogs, this caused long lines at every stand. It was disappointing that a GRAND SLAM was offered on a day when $1.00 hot dog promo was also given - we missed 1 good hour of the game!
Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would love to go again!!

The game was great...beautiful weather...however I dont the concessions were ready for the croud...I stood in line for 30 minutes for the advertised 1.00 soda only to get there and the carbonation wasnt working so had to buy 3.00 bottles of water...they were slow and kept running out of cups and hotdogs.

the game and seats were amazing. It was family fun night, hot dogs and drinks were one dollar....however, the lines were horrible. I stood in line for two innings to get our food. Maybe the special food needs to be a line of it's own. They also had inflatables for the kids...this was great! Will return, hope for shorter food lines next time!

Took our 2 1/2 year old to his first game. He loved it and we were very satisfied that he was wnertained the whole game. We are considering season tickets for next season.

Great place to watch a game, Very clean and fan friendly. Not a bad seat in the whole place my youngest son and I walked to the top of the right field bleachers and still had a good look at the game.

An excellent ballpark experience. Everything at the field is very reasonably priced (some of the cheapest in the International League) and the on-field product is exceptional

A must do in Louisville is to go to a Bats game. The atmosphere is fun and casual, it's very kid-friendly and you can't beat the price!

Saw several Reds players in action, upclose and personal in a beautiful ball park - Homer Bailey, Corky Miller, Carlos Fisher, Yonder Alonso, Drew Sutton (in his final Bats game). Very family friendly atmosphere and an intimate baseball setting.

It was my first night at a Louisville Bats game - and I took my 2 sons. Great evening, great facility - easy parking - extremely kid friendly - very nice evening. I'd recommend getting tickets on the 3rd base side so you are not looking into the sun.
