As usual, Jon Stewart had everyone in the place laughing from start to finish. His subject matter ran the gamut from politicians to his own children. Never arrogant or condescending, Jon treats his audience as intelligent adults. We recognize something of ourselves in most of what he finds humor in and we realize how much better it is to laugh than to cry or spew hatred as so many of his detractors do.
The seats were comfortable; there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the Chrysler theater. All in all, a really fun and enjoyable evening.

It was excellent. The same brand of humor you would see on the Daily Show, but covering a broader time range, doling out criticism evenhandedly to both sides of the ideological spectrum, be they political leaders, media figures, or protesters. Full of wit, there was also some very funny ad-libbing. As a fan of the Daily Show for many years, there were a small number of jokes I had essentially heard before, but the vast majority was new and there were many times when the punchlines surprised me, in a good way. It was good on both serious and comedic levels.

No opening act and too much partisan humor. To his credit, Jon Stewart attacks Republicans AND Democrats, but the Norfolk audience only "gets" half of the humor.

We had great seats for this concert, well I did my 2 companions sat behind the BIG HEAD FAMILY and couldn't see very well. JS was funny, and knew his crowd. He was a delight and we can't wait to see him again. My sister felt the venue as too large and she would have enjoyed it more in a smaller arena ( those BIG HEADS bummed her out) while I felt it was fine. He is right on top of things, and I would have loved to have had the concert last longer, and had some interaction with the audience. Most of the crowd around me were finishing his sentences which was annoying, but to the devoted expected. No T-Shirts?

I love the "Daily Show" and Jon Stewart's warm and witty political satire. He appears to be a gentleman with backbone, heart and great sense of fairplay. His performance here, I think was very well received. I believe Chrysler Hall enjoyed a full house
of happy and well entertained people. Jon Stewart's jokes and antics I thoroughly enjoyed. His silly facial expressions alone, are hilarious! My only regret is that... I was not sitting front row center stage.

Funny funny funny. Jon Stewart made his routine personal to the area people. I felt like I was a part of the show. His combination of political and personal comical stories made this an evening never-to-forget.

The show was excellent and current. He included things that were in the headlines the day before the show -- very refreshing for a comedian. His show touched on all sorts of topics including family life, religion, observation, and of course politics. Well done.

He was extremely funny but there was a message in his humor which made it powerful. It's amazing how he could stand there on the stage with just a stool, microphone and himself and do an hour and a half of powerful comedy.

I took my family and had a wonderful time laughing the night away. But his humor is very thought provoking not just for laughs. At one point I could not stop chuckling and went from one funny moment to the next in laughter. A great way to spend an evening. His closing was uplifting. I'd like to see him again. Maybe next year.

What a great comedian. Didn't know he could entertain in standup mode for an hour and a half. Really enjoyed his banter and he handled hecklers beautifully...I can't say enough about the show and highly recommend anyone that likes his show to drop everything and see him perform live. Great audience as well. Fun!! One of the best shows I've seen in quite a while...

He's clearly the Will Rogers of the 21st. Century. Insightful observation of society and an accompanying analysis to highlight how insane life really is are his strengths and he lived up to that reputation. See him wherever you can!

This show was well worth the ticket price, the babysitter's fee, the pizza for the babysitter, the after-show espresso, the salad eaten over the sink, the mileage and gas for the car, the dry cleaning fees, the carpet cleaning fees, the childrens' therapist, the babysitters' therapist, the pets' therapist, and the re-upholstery of the living room chair.

Hello,
I had a very mixed experience while watching Mr. Stewart perform - good times and bad. On the one hand, it was very entertaining and extremely funny. On the other, I laughed so hard I pooped myself twice, peed on my favorite jeans, pulled an abdominal muscle, and suffered a mild stroke. Please ask Mr. Stewart to use his comedy more responsibly in the future so as to keep these kinds of injuries to a minimum.
