No question thaat this band not only plays for us but they have so much fun doing it, that you can see it and hear it at the same time. On the other hand, the venue was a little harsher to fans than I have ever experienced before.

Never heard of them until 90 minutes before showtime. We're heavy metal people who unexpectedly got the evening free. We got on pollstar to see who was playing in St Louis that Sat evening. We chose these guys. We were absolutely blown away. What awesome talent and what an awesome show.

The Pageant as always was great, Yonder did not set up a 2 night gig with a stellar first night. Their performance was decent, seemed like they were not aligned with each other.

This was one of the best shows I've ever seen. The energy was incredible, they played far longer than I could have hoped for, and, let's face it, they are simply one of the best live jam bands in the world.

YMSB can bring it, but they did for only half the show.
Last song before set break killed it...second set was better including a cameo from the opening band. I like a ton of energy that makes me want to jump out of my shoes, they gave me some but not enough for 5 stars.
Opening band was alright although not my type, a Brooklyn band that played a strange jazz, country fusion...their female standup bassist could definitely play and was the star in my opinion. Didn't catch their name but they played with YMSB the past 10 shows or so.
All in all Madison crowd was great as usual and the show was still a blast! No complaints here. Got down and dirty and listened to some good music.

The talent of these guys is awesome, people from all generations and genres all having a great time - not every day as a 50 year old I can go with my son who is 26 and we like the same thing

Fantastic show; exceeded my expectations. Brought several friends who were new to either the band or the genre and all were blown away. Great atmosphere, they loved the crowd and the crowd loved them, and nonstop finger picking. YEEHAW

The band is amazing! But, the crowd was so big that it was like being squeezed in a pig pen! They over sold the show and it was upsetting. There was just no room to move and the venue is horrible. If they are going to sell that many tickets then do two shows!

YMSB coming to Columbus to the LC or the Newport during their Cabin Fever Tour has become a legendary event. This band knows they are appreciated in Ohio and know they are coming to a room filled with receptive ears and hearts. Once again Yonder came out of the gates on fire. Yonder Mountain String Band brings it to Columbus. Sure, it was blisteringly cold outside but it was blisteringly hot inside the LC. Do you want to know the sign of a good band? The setlist doesn't matter. It's how they play. I did not mind that they played the Dead's Althea although they played it here 2 years ago. Actually, I wouldn't have mentioned it if it had not bugged me at first. Silly me - I'm spoiled by a band that has such an extensive repertoire. I shut off my brain and let the groove lift me off my feet. Yes, it's where a great jam band takes a song, really where the band allows a song to take them, that is the thrill of the concert. Major highlight for me? I heard the chords and said to myself, "It can't be...Can it? Surely there is no other song on the planet that has the same chord progression as Devo's Gut Feeling". Thank God, no. A fitting tribute to the great Ohio band and done up in style by Jeff, Adam, Ben and Dave. Gut Feeling was simply awesome. Thank you boys! This will tell my age but I don't care. I bought the first 4 Devo albums on vinyl. Moving on, I must say that Davey's banjo playing has really gone up to another level. I think it was last year at the Newport that he had a cast on his right hand. But he smoked those five strings Friday night. Time goes by too fast during a YMSB show, darn it. I loved the song they played with members of the opening band Lake Street Dive, the trumpet sounded great. You can find this show's setlist somewhere. Finally, the second encore song is one of my YMSB favorite's - so funkified: Danny Barnes's Death Trip. No doubt in my mind this was one of, the best performances of this song Yonder has let loose with. Thanks dudes, and thanks to the kind, smiling, sweaty Ohio audience. See y'all next year!

Awesome amazing and totally worth it. Everyone was dancing having a great time. They had some jams going for 20 minutes. They played bulldog by the Beatles with lake street dive ( opening band) and it was so cool.
