Mr Hoge must be feeling a whole lot better since his scooter accident last year. Although he started out the show sitting down and did a few songs that way, it was in no way the layout for the rest of the evening. Songs from his new disc, "The Wreckage" out about a month now, were intertwined with many from previous releases. The crowd sang along to every single song he played-all night long.
When he finished his set, he was brought back to the stage with the crowd chanting, "Ten more songs!" to which he responded in kind with a ROUSING 55 minute "encore." Yours truly who drove five hours one way to attend got everything and more for her first Hoge show.
I believe the rest of the Shank Hall attendees that night would agree.
