Falcons games are always a good deal. The semi-final playoff game I saw was exceptional. Though my team didn't win the hockey playing was excellent. Had seats a few rows above the players bench. Got to see the action and the affect on the players.

I've been a Falcons fan for as long as I can remember and almost every year they would lose every game that I would go to. This season however is a whole other story! A great team and great atmosphere. I brought my younger brother who is just becoming a fan of hockey and he really enjoyed himself. The Falcons coming back to win in overtime with Bass scoring his 2nd straight winning goal is exactly why I love hockey. I will definitely be buying tickets for the Eastern Semi's!!

We were there for the opposing team... and we had a great time. I think this is the loudest arena we've been to. we had a blast.

A playoff penalty shot and he scores to boot. I think unicorns are more common. Overtime victory for Springfield. Very exciting

Saw a great hockey game. The building and facilities are really good. To top it off the team won in OT! Parking is easy, both in and out.

I went with my 2 grandsons. The game was exciting, the boys thoroughly enjoyed it, as did I and the Falcons won. Very exciting. I would recommend going, even if you're not a hockey fan.

However, the sound system is absolutely horrible. Whenever the annoucer was speaking, whether it was annoucing the line-ups or narrating a moment in the game, we couldn't understand a word he was saying. Well, maybe we could make out about 10% of the words spoken. Neither I nor my grandsons could understand him. I asked them "Do you understand what the annoucer is saying?" and they said "No...nothing" So it wasn't just me. The sound was just muffled. It was plenty loud enough, it was just very muffled. I couldn't say whether it was the announcer being way to close to the microphone, or just a badly set up sound system, but it wasn't good. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had front row at the glass seats. I paid for those tickets to be up front and not have anyone in front of me. Staff was allowing people from the upper, cheaper, section to walk down and stand in front of us blocking our view.

First off, we the fact that I paid $30 for an AHL game is a little silly. But since it was the Providence Bruins I decided it was worth it. I didn't realize my seats were directly behind the players when I purchased them. I wish I saw a few rows back because I literally couldn't see the game 75% of the time.

For reasonably priced family fun, it is hard to beat a hockey game! The kids have a blast, the teenagers like the action, and it isn't boring for the parents, like so many of the family movies. Make a day of it!

This was the first ever hockey game I have seen live. My son is an avid Bruins fan and also follows the Falcons, all the way from his present home in Poland. He took me to the Falcons game Sat. and I loved it. Just wish the scoring had been higher. Glad the Falcons won!

The game was excellent as the AHL players from both the Springfield Falcons and Providence Bruins played and fought hard. The game was decided with a shootout; with the home team winning.
But, these corner seats don't start near the glass and are set back from the corner by 10 feet. View was still good until the photographers decide to stand in the way and get "the shot".
When asked if he could be respectful of our view and move, he just showed me his pass and said "I'm the photographer". At which time, I had to take up my complaint with the ushers and fan relations.
Tickets should be marked with a warning like the Red Sox do that view will be blocked.
