Blue Cross Arena needs a child free area. The 5 (!) kids seated behind me kicked our seats the whole time, despite REPEATED requests from myself and the people seated next to us to the kids AND the mother, screamed in our ears through the entire event, wiggled and twisted and jumped up and down, the whole time hitting our seats. They were obviously NOT interested in the event they were attending. The child directly behind me kicked me in my broken shoulder, and when waiving his shirt around to get the camera mans attention, hit me in the head with his shirt. Not once was any behavior addressed by the adults with these children. They seem to figure that if they are not annoyed by their children, then no one else is. Why, when so many arena's have area's set aside for no drinking, can't an arena set aside a place where people who want to, can enjoy the game they PAID for, without the annoyance of ill-behaved children and oblivious parents! If the Blue Cross Arena wants to continue to draw people, they MUST recognize that not only families with children attend. Our children are grown, and I don't want to parent someone else's so that I can enjoy the event I paid for.
