People were courteous and very helpful. I got the birthday package and it surpassed our wildest dreams. Seats were great! Overal game experience was amazing! We would recommend this event and will be comming back!

I had 10 times more fun than I thought I would. I know absolutely nothing about hockey, but I enjoyed watching the game and became invested in our local team almost immediately. It was great.

It was great seeing Hockey again in Bossier, hoping this becomes a regular. The city needs to really support bringing Hockey back to Bossier/Shreveport.

Great Game! Loved the Hockey, really enjoyed the intermission show with the Jr. Mudbugs playing.. Too cute! Only problem was that the Icegators showed up late for the game ( it started 1.5 hours late) due to transportation issues. I drove 2 hours to watch this game and this delay put me home way too late!!

From the moment you are greeted at the entrance by smiling Icegator staff and cheerleaders selling programs, until you leave three periods later, the event is fan-focused and geared towards all ages having a great time. Multiple prizes are given out during the game, including some won by catching falling ping pong balls from an unpredictable blimp overhead. Camera shots of fans are displayed on the Big Screen. Our favorite was the "Kissing Couples" shots where fan applause rates couples kisses on the big screen. Oh, and there was also a pro-style hockey game full of body checks and fast skating...and fights. What a fantastic night in the dome!

My husband and I had trouble finding our seats and ushers were scarce. When we finally found one, she was very nice and helpful. We had great seats right in the action. The game was entertaining and the atmosphere was upbeat! My husband and I had an awesome time!
