After being a season ticket holder through the hey day of an arena bowl championship (all the way until this season) this years' version of the franchaise is about as disappointing as it gets. Not only is the team awful to watch, but there are no more fan friendly activities which make people want to come out to the games.
Gone are the after game autograph sessions, the pregame family fest activities and any worthwhile fan participation games during the times out. On top of that, no significant merchandise sales tell me the team does not want to invest in creating long time fans.
This organization for the past couple years has continuously milked the season ticket holders for all they could get and done nothing to go out an get new fans. It is really starting to show this year. Cash only concessions tells me that the Allstate Arena knows there are going to be hardly any sales so no use bothering with credit card machines for the Rush games.
The worst thing though...as stupid as it sounds....no fan cam on the jumbo tron. Kids love seeing themselves on the big screen, Yet that was taken away. So I would like the Rush or Ticketmaster to tell me, exactly why anyone would want to come out to see the Rush play? The team stinks, the entertainment stinks, and there are no signs that the ownership cares about the fans. Why are they still charging $20-$70 for tickets when 80% of the stadium is empty???
You don't make money without the fans and you don't get the fans without entertaining them. Cutting back on these expenses is only alienating the fans more. Lower ticket prices, have better promotions and get the people out there......then you don't need to be concerned with "cutting back".

Had a great time with the kids.... three of them were picked to go on the field and compete in various events with all three taking home the wins with prizes. Was a memorable experience. Going to the next game as well.

The game was good but the sound system was terrible. We could not understand anything that was said on the field as a part of the entertainment between plays.

AllState Arena is still a dingy dump. The seats are too crammed together and uncomfortable. No concession stands were open on the second level.
The game was OK. There was a lot of scoring, but the play was very predictable. Not as much action and creativity as I had thought going in.
Tickets are cheap.

We had a great time at the game. There was plenty of intermittent activities to keep us engaged and the game was on point! The team interacted with the crowd before & after the game-super nice! Good use of pyrotechnics when the team came on the field.

These are always good family events. And for first timers as a way to get people evolved. I took my 4 yr old son and for the most part it kept his attention pretty well. We'll be back.

I love the atmosphere and that you can get great seats at a reasonable price. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet the players and cheerleaders after the game. I will definitely go again.

Arena football is hands down the best way value of the money. seats are cheap, the players are talented, and the the excitement stays up. id highly recommend going if you have not. the players and cheerleaders will also sign autographs afterward and they are all very nice as well.

I have been to games before...but for my daughter and son-in-law it was their first and it could not have been scripted any better.....to win with no time left on the clock is an unforgettable experience.....we will try to get to another before the season ends.....
