Location:Trumansburg NY

I attended the game with my 9 year old daughter, we had a great time. Easy parking-picked up tickets at will call(no problem)-found seats(great seats reasonable price)-concessions were easily accesible and the people were friendly. The building is nicely laid out and very well kept. I will definitly attend another game soon.

Took the whole family for the first ever ice hockey game. Would do it again. Exciting and very professional. Very impressed by the fine skating and skillful plays and crisp passing. Arena staff was helpful.

Game was outstanding. Arena is dirty and needs to be cleaned immediately. It is uncomfortable to put purse on floor. Seats were comfortable, but again need to be cleaned. A little TLC would have made this a much more comfortable atmosphere

First time at first arena. No ATM. Had to leave and walk to bank to get money. No one selling food and drinks in the stands. No ushers to help find seats. Not really that big of a deal just used to this things at every other venue I have been too. Game was great. People that work there were friendly. affordable prices

This was our first Jackal's game ever, I thought that i would be fun to go on Valentines Day. Buying the tickets was a breeze. When we got there just the feeling in the arena was great. seeing all the fans in there Jackal gear, seeing just how much people love hockey and love the jackals was so exciting. My husband and I got a calander with all the games on it, just so we can pick out another night to come so that we can bring our 3 kids with us next time. Which will be on March 19th. and we couldn't be more excited. and let me tell you when i hear that they are giving away Jackal tickets away on the radio i will be that called to win them. we will love them. they are great player, great arena, and just great fans. we will be back that is for sure.

Though the first period was disapointing, the Jackals came back and kicked Florida butt!
