Funny at times, mostly from her show clips that took up about 30 minutes of the 90 minute show. If I wanted show clips, I'd buy the DVD's which are much cheaper than the tickets.
Other than the clips, the show was lackluster; mostly consisting of answering audience questions and her telling some stories. On a couple of occasions, she forgot what she was going to say.
Carol should be revered for her contributions throughout her career, but it might be time for her to exit the stage.

This was a great event! Carol is a great comedic entertainer and her interaction with the audience is one that should be replicated by more celebrities. She is loved both as a comedian and a down to earth person. The format of allowing questions/comments from the audience with no preparation on her part shows her compassion and interest in her audience.

It was a very sentimental, take you back in time show! Carol is a very classy, kind,and heartfelt performer; rare these days. She gave the audience her full attention during the question-answer phases of the show and truly seemed to enjoy just as much as the audience did. The old clips from her show brought back such touching memories from my childhood; just good old fashioned humour and entertainment ; Carol Burnett is one of a kind!

i waited too late to buy my ticket so my seat was horrible but even with a bad seat it was wonderful. It will be a memory that will last my whole life. Thanks DPAC for bringing Carol. Thanks Carol for at the age of 80 you are still wanting to make us laugh. I am so very glad we had that time together.

As a lifelong fan of Carol Burnett, it was one of the best shows I've seen. She is still as elegant and funny and charming and "all that" as she has always been. Wonderful show. I'd go see it again and again.

A classy woman with a good story to tell. I feared the evening would fall into endless lines of people asking her to wish their 90 year old poodle a happy birthday, but it didn't. She handled the questions well, although sometimes a bit perfunctory. I wish she had gone into more detail on some of her answers. A good show, but I am not sure SHE had fun. I just wanted her to "let loose" which she never did. But worth the money and time and again so refreshing to be in the presence of a true and classic entertainer.

I didn't know you could make a show out of a question & answer session. But Carol can. She is so funny with all her stories and show clips. I'm so glad that the place was full of her fans. Both young & old. I wish the show had lasted an hour longer & there were more time for questions.

I enjoyed seeing Carole Burnett and clippings from her show but expected it to be longer. She could have taken more questions from the audience to extend her time for there were many around us who wanted to ask a question but didn't get the chance to. Perhaps she couldn't see who had their hands up, maybe the people with the flash lights could have spotted them so they could be seen.

Attended "Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett " with my mother on Mother's Day in Durham, NC. It was wonderful! I felt like I was attending one of her shows, back in the day. I think I laughed for the entire hour and a half. For anyone who grew up watching Carol on CBS, this is a "don't miss" show!

Enjoyed the "step back in time" at Carol Burnett's review of her days on TV. Although, this function did have a question and answer period, it was difficult to hear all the questions. It is recommended that the person answering the question should repeat this item before answering. That way, those stuck in the back of the venue know what's happening.

Even though I have seen most of her variety shows and many of the programs before and after, I thought that her show at the Rialto was fascinating. She stood up for at least the first two-thirds of the performance and and answered questions from the audience.
She also talked about some of her experiences on her variety show.

Carol Burnett was such a class act. She is everything I imagined. She was funny, genuinely kind, etc. She signed a copy of the book I had of hers. She was absolutely amazing. I laughed the entire 2 hours. I can't say enough great things about her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to go and see her if the opportunity arises. If I get the opportunity
again to see her, I will NOT hesitate to go. SHE WAS AMAZING!! TRULY A CLASS ACT!! :)
