It was one of the most memorable games I have been too. Everything was amazing from the full orchestra that came out and played during the Raps player intro's, to the amazing 10 points win.
Here is a brief list of some highlights:
- The ear hurting cheers for returning ex Raptor player now coach Alvin Williams, and returning Raptor Rasho.
- The classy and educated Toronto basketball fans giving AP the cheers he deserves.
Here is a list of some strange things that happened:
- No noise makers were handed out for foul shots, and not one person stood in the lower bowl to "heckle" the opposing foul shooters.
- Bargnani blowing a break away dunk (his 28pts made up for that)
- Bizarre ref'ing protecting the NBA's franchise player LeBron.
Despite the lopsided ref'ing the Raps earned a hard fought win over arguably one of the best teams in the league. I can't wait to see what the Raps do this season.
Cheers!
