It was amazing and would highly recommend attending a hockey game to anyone. Even if you are like me and know about a thimble full of knowledge about hockey, the arena atmosphere and the overall excitement from the die hard fans, gets you so pumped up. The music and the announcers etc add to the excitement.
This was my first time to ever attend a professional hockey game. So for me it was very exciting. It was a family outing. My future son-in-law Joe a huge BLUES fan and my daughter and husband and I made a family night of it. Joe plays hockey and was available to give explantations for the penalties, etc of the game. And the guy behind us, well, he was so huge a fan, he dressed like a ref and painted his face and kept yelling and telling the team what they should be doing. So, it was interesting to say the least. EVEN, if the Blues didn't win, in my opinion they "ROCK". It was a very exciting game. Life is a learning experience, so if they didn't win this time, they can take something away from this game and give it better try, next time. I hope to go again and soon. I am hooked.

Scottrade Center is a great arena. I've seen hockey, basketball, and a concert there. Blues put on a good show.

I took my son, David, who is a HUGE Blues fan, and we had a fabulous time! The Scottrade
Center was "on fire" with everyone cheering, great rockin' music, spotlights and people
having FUN, FUN, FUN! We were laughing and making crazy comments with all the folks
sitting around us, whom we didn't know from Adam, but who cared, it was a marvelous
evening, and, of course, we're going back tonight for Game 2! LET'S GO BLUES!!!!!

Awesome all the way around! It was great being back watching playoff hockey live and in some pretty increadible seats! The volume of the fans, the rollercoaster ride of emotions and the excitement level at the venue can't be matched sitting on the couch at home. It was my sons first playoff hockey game and I know he'll remember it forever!!!

Unfortunately not a hawk win as many players were a health scratch. As fans , we understood the strategy. Many hawk fans, more than 25% filled the stadium. It would have been fantastic with a hawk win and an exuberant crowd. We would definitely make the road trip again.

As far as the tickets and the little perks that went along with it was great in that aspect but as a Hawks fan was greatly disappointed that they did not have 12 of the top players playing that night made me wish I had not spent that kind of money. Overall it was a good time as always at Scottrade Center..
