Loved my seat s and I had a great view of the game sitting right behind the Browns bench. The fans were really cool. The downside was there was some slush on the seat and on the floor of the row. Finding an usher to assist of guide you to your seat was a difficult.
Overall the it was a positive experience and the Steeler won the last game of the season.

The game was amazing and Heinz field is one of the best and beautiful stadiums I've ever been at! Definitely worth the trip to go see the Steelers!

As a diehard Steelers fan who is married to a diehard Browns fan, this game is perfect for us! We went last year to Cleveland and have renewed the rival in Pittsburgh this year! Even though both of our teams had no playoff hopes, the game was great. The stadium is wonderful with merchandise, food and restrooms in convenient places throughout and fair prices for sporting events. They didn't have vendors walking around with food or drinks (at least in our section) which is a plus to me (they always seem to be in the way). The usher is our section cleaned our seats before we sat down, as well as gave us some pointers on food and entertainment. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait for next year back in Cleveland!

You're better off to the watch steeler's games in the comfort of your own home on your own tv. Paying $80/seat to sit in the nosebleed sections is ridiculous & staying at home will have you avoid spending that much money, but it will also provide you a better view.
Heinz Field is horrible- there's too many people down there, the staff of heinz field is awful and if the weather isn't good you will suffer because there's no where to go. Lastly, the staff at Heinz Field is terrible as well.

Our seats were great. We had a amazing time I will definitely be going next year cause my birthday is on Christmas. And I told my wife that steelers tickets every year would work for me. Just disappointed they lost. But at least she thought ahead n did not get next weeks tickets.

Surrounded by drunk and foul mouthed individuals the experience was less then positive. My 8 year old actually asked to leave as the people behind us continued to berate the players and fans around them with absentities even after we asked them to stop and security stepped in. Stadium needs a Family Friendly area.

Good game. Good seats. I sat in an awesome club level seat. Of course I got a few menacing looks because I am a Ravens fan, but the folks treated me real nice. We laughed, enjoyed the game, and had a great time.
After the Ravens won, I went over to gate 6, met Ed Reed and he signed my jersey. It was a great trip.
