It was a pretty decent game but not all that exciting. The first period was fun with 3 goals and a fight. But not too much happened after that. Tough to complain when you win though :)

Favorite moment: My favorite moment was when the event staff came to my seat, greeted me by my first name and welcomed me to Rexall Place. What a pleasant surprise. @

Great to see a hockey game in Canada. I was a little disappointed in the Wings play for the first half of the game. The Oilers looked great. I really thought it was going to be a good ole whooping for the Wings. They finally came to life in the 2nd period, tied it up in the 3rd. We went to overtime and a shoot out. I have never seen one live. It was great. Rexall Place is a very nice rink to watch a game. The place is clean and the fans are friendly.
