The people working the event did a great job going beyond the call of duty and ensuring that we were given the ability to get our photo taken on the ice even though we purchased the tickets wrong and left out the necessary promotional code. As for the game, it is always good to see the home team win, but when they are losing the entire game, but you keep on hoping. Last few seconds, and the game is tied, going to OT; the whole building was electrified with excitement. The resulting win in overtime, it was an amazing experience.

The game was fine except we lost.
My MAIN issue is that I am disabled and I use a walker. It is RIDICULOUS that the only place to check in my walker is on the 1st floor when my seats are on the 3rd floor. POOR PLANNING by the AAC.

I love hockey so just being at the game was great! Went with my best friend. We enjoyed the game. Seating was normal for a hockey arena. Wish the Stars would have beaten the Wings, but oh well thats the way the cookie crumbles....

Wasn't sure how 3 tickets on same section, but different rows & seats would be horrible but it was good. Didn't realize the tickets were going to put us in being served. Always love to go when I can. However, this time my daughter was going to be on the Zamboni. Great seats. Was very grateful for being informed of the time change of the game. Heard 1st from yall then from DALLAS STARS.

My trip to the AAC was all good, except for, when you just enter the concourse, on the 1st level, there is this guy playing an acoustic guitar and singing ---- but, his amplification was too loud. He was 50 feet away, but I could not hear what the AAC greeter was saying, and I speak twice for my frined to hear what I was saying to him. Not--- a good way to start the evening, If this the City of Dallas' idea, then it is being poorly executed.... Kepp the guitar player.... but turn down the amplification ! ! ! ! If I think the guy is any good, I'll draw closer and listen. Now doesn't that make sense! All of the other sights and sounds of the AAC are good.

The American Airlines Center was a great venue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The game was great, but the only downside was the lack of food selection. I don't know if it was because this was the last game of the year, but we had a hard time finding anything but popcorn, hotdogs and soda.

What an amazing game! It was my first hockey game, and as the new wife of a Michigan-born-and-raised man, I can say it definitely won't be my last! The action was great, the facility was beautiful and clean, and WE WON! We'll definitely be back!

The Stars game was great! We sat in the 200 Platinum level and having the ability to order from a server with my four year old made it so easy! Customer service was great and we had a good time.

Losing is bad enough, a shut out is worse ! Too many Detroit fans in the house, but that's a given. Went because of all the festivities and give aways promotions at the last few season closers. Just a free program ???? No game worn jerseys at the end of the game, no players throwing pucks and tshirts and towels over the glass. Very disappointed in the way it was done this year. Went online to ticket master because my Stars rep didn't call me back about purchasing seats !!!!! Need to shake things up there a bit !

I've never been to a hockey game. I was rooting for the stars while my husband was rooting for the red wings. The whole experience was unforgettable.

The game was great. The arena is very nice. Shaw that the Stars and Mavs have to share the arena. The ice didn't seen to be top quality compared to other arenas that teams do not share. Parking is super expensive.

AAC is a great hockey arena. We sat in the Platinum level for the great sightlines and in-seat service. The cheeseburger is excellent & comes with fries. $10 was reasonable for the quality. Our section(201) was filled with friendly & vocal fans. A moment of silence was observed in honor of the victims of the Boston bombing and the West, TX explosion. My all time favorite player - Sergei Zubov - was honored as part of the 20th Anniversary of the Stars being in Dallas. ZUBIE! ZUBIE! ZUBIE! The Stars had a dominating 4-1 victory over the Vancouver Canucks. The third period scoring had the arena as loud as some playoff games I've attended. All in all, a great night.

This was my fiancé and I's first Stars game and we absolutely loved it!! It was high energy and super exciting! The fans are so fun and really get into it. We would love to go back!

What a great sporting event put on by the Stars!! Every moment was exciting and fun, even between the periods with the t-shirt tossing and presentations. Great atmosphere!! I've lived overseas (Australia) for 25 years and have just moved back to Texas and trust me Americans have so much enthusiasm and patriotism...it just is a great atmosphere. Thanks for a great night and easy access (by Dart)! Will definitely be back for next season!
