It was my first time attending a Phillips Arena event. I sat in section 310 which is identical to many other sections of the arena. At first I thought the seating wasn’t all that bad for a $22.00 ticket. However, I continued to find myself struggling to see the game being played below. The person sitting in front of me continued to lean forward resting his arms on his legs which caused a blind spot of the game blow. Now I can’t blame the guy, it’s a sporting event we were attending not a formal event requiring you to sit straight up. Anyway, the problem with him leaning forward caused a blind spot of the game below and of course I missed out on several plays. I might add the stress it gave me to think if I told the guy to sit up straight or be silent and move around my seat in a way it only blocked those behind me.. Yuk! Never again for me.
Oh, what the heck, I guess if this makes a difference for those who really care I need to mention it. The seat in front of me was a assigned seat but some how it became a open seat. Just as I’m thinking hard and seriously about asking the guy in front of me to sit straight back ,he gets up, leaves and is replaced by another person who now does the same thing. Enough is enough right! No, now this person gets up leaves and a 3rd person takes the seat. Never again.
