We took our 8 year old grandson to the rodeo. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. From the Parking attendants to the rodeo ushers. Definitely something to see especially if you've never been to one of these events. Bull riding, cattle roping, barrel racing, food, music and fun for the whole family. I wish there had been trick riders. Overall it was a fun event to see.

Sorry, but history dictates "Fat" be included since it DID start out that way. Overall, lots of fun, especially for the kids. I dont know if everyone was simply tired or what (we went on the last day for the matinee; first time to do that), but the ropin' (team and calf) was off, and the bull-dogin'. Normally in the past years, has been pretty good. Bull ridin' pretty good as was the broncs. Entertainment was a lot of fun!! Small note: petting area was small for the turnout that was noted; would suggest a larger venue for a petting area. But overall had a blast and as always, will be back next year for more fun and stock show smells (ya gotta LUVVVV th' smell of money).

Getting into the grounds was terrible, as they only had one lane of traffic entering from Lancaster. As many years as this has been going on and this is the best they can do. All traffic going East should be for Stock Show only, so traffic coming West can enter into the grounds along with traffic going East. Two lanes just that simple. Rodeo moved too slow, seemed unorganized, did not keep your interest. We left after a hour and half. This could and should be a Great Event, especially after all these years. Highly disappointed. Maybe they should take tips from the Austin rodeos with parking and have bands each weekend evening after the rodeo.

Fort Worth is a great place with wonderful people. The rodeo is a place for ranchers to show case their every day life. We enjoyed the show.

Rodeo was awesome. My view was block by a big pole. Guy sitting next to me said man you seat sucks i will stay sitting back so you can see.

All in all it was an entertaining experience. This was my first time at the FWSS & Rodeo. The reason I rated the experience as average was because the announcer, in my opinion, talked a bit too much. He would talk thru the performances and that was a bit distracting. Also the seats were not what I expected. I also think a few more signs directing people to the actual rodeo event would have been helpful. I was in several different buildings before I found the one I was supposed to be in for the rodeo.

This is the Granddaddy of them all! My wife (who is British) is a cowgirl at heart and has two fantastic horses that she rides like the wind but she had never seen an American Rodeo... until now! She (and I) had a wonderful time!

Rodeo entertainment was good, a little drawn out. Only one barrel racer ran below 17 seconds. Might of just been an off night for everyone.
