I have three words to say about Smokey Joe's Café; wow, Wow, and WOW! What an amazing performance by an amazing cast! The experience was outstanding from the first song to the last. Although the cast was very diverse, they had one thing in common; TALENT! It's so enjoyable when a cast can blow you away with both their singing and dancing. I loved the quaint environment of the theater, and you really felt ike you were part of the show. The actors were able to draw you in with wonderful acting and moving performances of each song. They related wonderfully to each other, and you could feel the energy through out the theater. I couldn't wait to jump to my feet at the end to applaud such a wonderful effort.

I was disappointed. The performances were weak. There wasn't one individual performance that would cause me to stand up and cheer. A professional performance should be at least as good as those presented on "The Voice" or "American Idol." A better cast was needed to promote these great songs from the 50's.

My sister was coming in from Buffalo to visit and said something about seeing Smokey Joe's Cafe. So I surprised her and bought us tickets. I didn't think I would really like this sort of thing. But to my amazement I loved it. I want to see it again. It's fantastic. Go see it....

Wonderful from start to finish. Good strong vocals, good looking cast, strong performance, all wrapped up in a completely entertaining score. Fun to sing-along, but much better if we let the talented kids bring to life, Smoking Joe's Cafe...even if it is for one satisfying evening.

My wife had me attend this show with her. I went reluctantly to the show and by the third song I was clapping and bouncing to the music. I almost missed out on a great show.

I had the privaledge to see Smokey Joe's Cafe at the Royal George Theater and is was spectacular. Since I have already seen the broadway production I was a bit sceptical of this rendition. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. The cast were awesome, with such great voices and stage presence. Whomever put this show together deserves much kudos! Please go and see it before the run is over. You will not be disappointed!

A collection of flip side 50's ane 60's records. Too many unknown works. Many seem to be the originals of songs that later became famous "cover" recordings by white artists. The cast is okay but in some cases they use the wrong cast members to best present a work. I was disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised at the depth of talent of all of the actors. They are excellant singers and dancers and provided a wonderful night's entertainment. We have attended other shows at the cabaret theater and have always enjoyed the intimiate setting.

From the first minute to the last, "Smokey Joe's Cafe" was a nonstop feast of fun, energy and great music! The band was terrific and the cast was phenomenal!! Each character had tons of personality, rocking all the songs and amazing the audience with their dance moves set in the intimacy of the cabaret. LOVED IT !!! and would recommend it to anyone looking for a terrific night out on the town!
