They were fantastic! This is a troop of very talented and special young men and women. I have seen acrobats many times while in the Peoples Republic of China and it never gets old.

It was a total fun event! My sons (6 and 12) were really into the program. The high chair performance was breath taking and breath seizing!

The Peking Acrobats show was fantastic. It was everything we expected and much more. The amazing display of strength, balance, dexterity and showmanship was suberb. I felt like I was watching world-class atheletes having ther idea of fun.
I must admit though, I am unable to watch the contortionist routines. Luckily, there was live music being played onstage for me to concentrate on. Those musicians were fabulous as well.
I would have liked to see some cool backgrounds providing an environmental context.

The Peking Acrobats were so amazing. I have seen them before so was not sure we needed to go again, but they were even better than before! We were never bored and the show and music were wonderful. It was well worth the money and the Carolina Theather was great also. Only suggestion is .... I wish these venues would have an age minimum of allowing kids inside as there were several small children (esp. the ones seated beside us) ... people with little ones that don't have the attention span for any type show should get a baby sitter and/or be respectful and take the restless or crying ones OUT! What are parents thinking these days. I didn't take my own to a show or movie for that matter til I knew both she and I and our neighbors would enjoy it without disruption.

When the show was over, I could not believe 2 hours had gone by. I was totally entranced by each "episode" the troupe performed. And the chair piece is not to be missed!

These acrobats are the best and the whole show was completely riveting and enjoyable. I saw this same company three years ago and I see they've updated many of the acts, which made it even better. I especially enjoyed the fact that the music is live and that the musicians occasionally come onto the stage, as part of the show. The addition of a little "clowning" (or dance) between members also makes the show more human and does not detract from the quality of the acrobatics. I cannot imagine anyone not really appreciating this show!

This show incorporated wonderful visuals via the colorful and varied costumes, the lighting and the backdrops. There was also comedy and magic, interspersed. And, the live musicians were fabulous. I was happy that the musicians came out onto the stage, during several of the acrobatic sets. The acrobatic feats were fabulous -- from juggling to contortionists to sheer strength to balancing. The show moved seamlessly from set-to-set.
