This ballet was very nice. The perfomers were young so I was a bit nervous. I practiced ballet for 13 years so I'm very picky, but the dances were unique & lovely and the dancers were very well trained and did a great job! This is a shorter perfomance which didn't bother me as sometimes ballets can seem too long. Go see it and bring the whole family!

I have been wanting to attend the performance of La Boutique for the past couple of years. When I moved up here a few years ago, to see a company doing something other than The Nutcracker is something I can appreciate. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I'll start with the positive......The dancers are obviously trained and talented, the theatre was beautiful, and the live orchestra was greatly appreciated. However, the choreography was dated and did not show off what the dancers could do. The staging was boring and predictable. The direction lacked cohesiveness as did the set and costumes. It was like watching a dance recital and at $50.00 a seat, it definitely was not worth it.

This was a very good experience for me and my wife.
Everyone was so good we couldn't believe how young they were.
It must of took hours of practice.

These well trained, disciplined dancers proved to be surprisingly entertaining. All were fine examples of poetic expression. Costuming was cheerful, charming, and thoughtful.
The orchestra highlighted each scene, was engaging and also well performed.
Would attend again!
