I watched David magic a thousand of times on TV and this was a unique opportunity to see it. David not only show to be the great illusionist but also very fun with great jokes during the shows. I recommend to everybody

I have seen David Copperfield on TV for years and years. I was going to Vegas on business and found out that David was at the MGM Grand doing his show live. I bought the tickets at the last minute, my seat was near the middle of the theater, and they were great.
David is funny and his magic blew my mind. I loved the short movie he showed in the middle I was on the edge of my seat wanting more. After the show was over I stayed out in the lobby area talking with other people that attended the show. All of them were sharing there favorite parts of the show. My favorite part was when he did the close up of the turning the paper into a rose, my seat was just feet away. How did he do it.??????
His show was very family friendly a show that I could recommend to parents with children. Most other shows in vegas you can't take your children to because of adult content. David NEVER uses any bad words. You could take your children to David Copperfield show and wouldn't have to explain anything later to your kids (if you know what I mean)
In closing best money spent and I would highly recommend five stars rating from me.

Great show. Our seats were good but had partial obstruction on some of the acts on stage.

If you are looking for a magic show, DO NOT buy tickets to David Copperfield. It is much more stand-up comedy than magic!
David spent 70% of his show just talking and making people laugh with ridiculous comedy. The magic - when he did - was very simple tricks, definitely nothing related to former David.

Loved the interaction with the audience, he is a very talented, charismatic and funny magician. He put on a great show, very entertaining and fun, lots of tricks I have never seen before.

So it's time for some magic... Well in this case the magic is the show's longevity over all these years. The theater, the waitresses and the props haven't changed since the 80s. Sure it's a fun show; and the magic is always amazing, but I think its time for something new.

David Copperfield is still very engaging and amazing.
My children were very much entertained and up to now are trying
to figure out how he did many of his acts. His acts involve lots of
opportunities for random audience participation. So be prepared
for a lot of fun and excitement.

What I like most about this show is his ability to ad lib with members of the audience and how his illusions are part of a story, not just 'ta da" moments. One particular illusion was very moving. The show inspires you, it doesn't just entertain you (although there is plenty of that!).

My boyfriend said he wanted to see his show & I'm so glad I splurged for front row seats. The comedic theme was a bonus; he had us cracking up! We would see him again!

He's probably the best illusionist I've ever seen. Even when you watch very closely at everything, paying attention to all the details, he still amazes. He was a little sick when I saw him but it didn't hinder his performance too much. The magic was still there. There are definitely times when it gets a little cheesy with some of the stories and the music, but it suits him.

Really great show. Funny guy and brings the magic into the crowd so you see it all soooo close but still cannot see how it's done!!
Very similar to Derren Brown in parts - in fact one bit was virtually the same trick.

David was amazing and what are the odds, out of the audience both my girlfriend and myself were lucky to be part of the magic show. I was one of the 13 that vanished in thin air whereas my girlfriend was on stage as part of a numbers magical act.
We enjoyed the show and recommend that you put it on your schedule when visiting Vegas.
