I have been a fan of Camelot for years. I felt the production was exception except for 1 thing - sorry but the unicorn was unnecessary and really quite stupid.

A truly magnificent production. The cast and orchestra were virtually flawless. Particularly impressive were King Arthur, Guenivere and Mordred, but the entire cast was a pleasure to watch. In addition to the vocal performances, the cast was also able to act when not signing-not always the case in musicals.

The staging was also impressive. Within the confines of a theater devoid of the electrical and mechanical props available at the Music Hall or Bass Performance Hall, the settings, though minimal, still evoked the sense of England during the Camelot era.

Since this was the last performance, and also a matinee, I thought it might not be up to the level of earlier and more choice time perfromances. It would be hard to imagine that those other performances could have been better than this.

I am sorry to say I was disappointed by the performance of Camelot I attended. I have seen amateur productions that displayed more spirit than this one did. I expected more from a professional cast. The singing was good, the acting stiff & wooden. We were caught in spot lights more than once during the show which made it difficult not only to see but enjoy what was going on. Hints as to how the show will be presented (i.e. action in the aisles) would be helpful. Otherwise the view was fine. Sound however seemed too loud for the venue.

Loved the chemistry between the king and queen. Clear speaking and powerful singing voices.I could hear every word clearly which is sometimes a problem with live productions.Being an old fogey I saw Camelot some years ago with Richard Burton as King Arthur.I liked this production better. Just real quality and throughly entertaining.

Fabulous in every way I could ever describe. Cast was magnetic. Songs were enchanting. Scenery was unforgettable. Had to see it twice it was so good.

Camelot is my favorite musical!! I am not person that enjoys or goes to musicals but this one was outstanding! The main cast were extremely professional as well all the performers. This is my first time at Casa Manana. When I walked in was surprised at the small stage but the directing and choreography was excellent and I was spellbound by the performance. Also loved the costumes!

We enjoyed Camelot so much! I was in tears by the final "Run, boy, run!" even though I knew exactly what he was going to say. All of the performers were perfect for each role. I just wish I had gone early enough to be able to see it again.

This was my first play to see at Casa Manana and last.I bought tickets for my husband's birthday.I was very disappointed in the first act were they had nudity. After I bought the tickets I saw it had brief nudity but I was hoping it would have been more brief and less in your face.I also was very disappointed that they showed lesbianism,and through out the whole show it made fun of God's principles like humbleness, marriage, and walking in God's ways.The Camelot I know didn't believe in God but had faith in magic. So I was disappointed in them putting down Christianity.I defiantly did not expect a christian show but I also didn't expect bashing christian principles either.I will not be returning to Casa Manana.

Excellent! Excellent! There was drama, romance, humor, and suspense. Our seats were close with a good view. The actors did a fine job, and the singing was wonderful. Would highly recommend this show.

Opening scene was a nude bedroom scene which was so not needed for the play. Audience spent more time confused than understanding what was the point. The overall performance was totally marred by a unicorn limping around the stage. I imagine that if she performed ballet moves it would have been amazing to watch but instead she annoying limped and positioned her arms like she was a t-rex so the audience would not forget she was a unicorn. The horn on her head was enough for most educated people to understand she was an unicorn. She totally distracted from the real acting and singing taking place around her.

The only thing that was odd and I felt unnecessary was the very beginning when the lady came out and showed her breasts. Saw no relevance to the play. I had brought my middle school daughter because she loves the story of Camelot and she was embarrassed.

But kuddos to the actually theater. This was my first time. I have had season tickets for years at Fair Park but will definitely be purchasing season tickets here next year.

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this show. This was one of the best versions that I have seen. Set was unique and imaginative. Established the mood for the entire show.
The young actor, Clayton Slee, managed to handle three roles with skill. He carried parts of the production.
The three leads were done very well. The unicorn was a whimsical touch that lightened the mood when it was needed.
Only draw back was the opening scene and once I figured out what was supposed to have taken place, I don't think it could have been done any better.
