This concert was absolutely amazing! I can not think if a better combination of band and venue that would be better than that of Vast at the Blue Bird.
The opening act ENDLESS HALLWAY was very good as well. The best way I, and my peers, can describe them is if Vast, Nirvana, and AFI had some manner of love child clad in ripped tank tops and skinny jeans. Okay, that sounds a little odd however their music is top notch. Two things stand out in my mind about E.H, one “Man What a Vocalist” and two “Look at the Drummer Go!”. The lead singer is enigmatic with a vocal range that, I would say, rivals any professional soloist, and the drummer performed flawlessly as far as I could tell. Their stage presence leaves a little to be desired, they seemed really shy when not performing, but they are still young as a band and will grow in that area I’m sure.
The main attraction Vast was superb, absolutely stunning. This was my first Vast concert so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but their performance blew the doors off anything I could have hoped for. Overall Vast played a very long show compared to any single band performance I have every been too, which was not boring or did it fall flat. Every song that was played was fantastic, flawless in all aspects. The guys of Vast also like to have a little fun once in a while as well, during one of their more popular songs Jon started ad-libbing, forcing Mike to echo him. The music of Vast is powerful and meaningful beyond that of other artist. After seeing them live whenever I hear their music I get chills down my spine and the hairs on my neck stand at attention.
I would say that if either of these bands are in your area you should go see them. I cant recommend them enough to anyone that enjoys music in general.
Thank You for Your Time.

Favorite moment: When Jon made Mike sing "Mike Knows How To Love" instead of " I Know How To Love" at the end of the song sharing the name. @
Setlist: thrown away, I know how to love, touched, Falling from the sky, Lift me Up, Turquoise, Ecstasy, and sooooooo many more. @
