His jokes were humorous; his music mostly Johnny Cash/country. I'd heard some of the jokes before. I had heard he was as funny as Robin Williams; I didn't think so. I'd heard he did improv; his stuff was mostly canned.
I enjoyed the show, but it wasn't what I expected.

First time ever seeing him live. He had the best one liners...great voice for singing Johnny Cash songs. We had the best time!
