I really enjoyed this Pink Martini concert, along with the Portland Symphony; what a great combination! I took a friend who was unfamiliar with Pink Martini, and he enjoyed them as much as I do! I have been to a number of their concerts, loved all of them and always look forward to attending another one. I love their music for it's quality, originality and the varied languages the songs are presented in.

I had seen Pink Martini twice before and my expectations were high for this concert. I was not disappointed! The quality and variation of material that this orchestra produces is phenomenal. Each member is outstanding, doing a solo or as backup.
I really enjoy the international mix of music.

Amazingly talented and humble group of musicians! They invited audience members up to the stage a number of times to participate! We were blown away by the number of languages they spoke/sang! Would go again to see Pink Martine in a heartbeat!

The show was excellent. Liked the pLAy between the members and the audience. Also liked the little tidbits of information about the songs and the band. China was incrediable! Ari Shapiro has an impressive voice and mixed well with the band. Great venue. LOVED THE SHOW!

Loved the performance. China sounded wonderful. Air Shapiro was a delight. This was my third Pink Martini concert and really enjoyed the audience participation. What a gem in the Boston Opera House -- great venue.

I saw Pink Martini many years ago quite by chance and I have been loking forward to seeing a concert ever since. This concert met every expectation and then some. They played most of my favorites, got the audience up onstage and dancing in the aisles. The mix of music was wonderful. China Forbes was great as always. The real surprise of the night was the absolutely awesome performance of Ari Shapiro as guest vocalist. He did a song in Spanish that I did not understand a word but it brought me to tears nonetheless. He could give up his job with NPR anytime and sing full time! I brought my sister who had not really heard PM before and she loved it too. Can't wait to see them again!

Pink Martini puts on an exceedingly fine show. They're inclusion of audience members was quite imaginative and their wonderful selection of musical genres proved to be most entertaining. I don't know why I hadn't discovered them sooner. Pink Martini is tops.l

What an amazing show! China has an incredible voice, Thomas's piano skills were over the top, and top knotch musicians. What a wonderful surprise to hear guest vocalist Ari Shapiro sing. Pink Martini is a definite must to see. I definitely will.

Boston Opera House is beautiful, the group is really professional and authentic. Their sounds are amazing: Piano, Violin, Guitar, ...
Singing was very good, but the Opera House was not the best venue for this group. We were sitting in the Mezzanine and did not get a full appreciation of the sound. I recommend that they perform in smaller settings where everyone in the audience is at the same level as the group.

We have seen Pink Martini four times and this was their best concert yet. A great mix of new and old songs and they were more engaged with the crowd than they ever were in previous concerts. Bringing to the stage the Turks, Greeks and Chinese for songs was an added highlight for the crowd. We hope they will come back to the Melody Tent on Cape Cod in 2014 as they are not scheduled this year.

Pink Martini was just as great as I had hoped that they would be. China Forbes was amazing. The surprise guest appearance of Ari Shapiro (yes, of NPR!) singing was a bonus.

I bought lower orchestra seats and they were dreadful. The were too close together and I couldn't even see the stage. I ended up leaving my seat at intermission and going up to a higher level (cheaper seats that weren't sold out). The air was stagnate in the venue, everyone was fanning themselves. I was so disappointed to go to this venue, so historic and classic Miami but I will likely not visit another show at this venue.

The venue numbered the seats wrong, and ultimately left one seat off of every aisle. There were twice as many people crammed in this seating area.
