Rodney Atkins put on a great performance interacting with the crowd and tossing lots of t shirts and gutar picks to the fans. Julianne Hough was all over the stage with lots of energy and a good performance of her own.

I loved him so much @ Country Thunder that I decided to purchase these tickets to support him for gracing the AZ state fair with his presence....and I fell in love with him all over again! I would recommend tickets to his show to anyone. He's down to earth & grateful for his fans, makes you feel like seeing him every chace you get!

I thought that the overall event was fun but the environment was not. I have never been to a concert where their wasn't anyone standing up or singing along. So I kind of felt bad that no one seemed to enjoy it. I thought JUlianne was GREAT but Rodney wasn't much of an entertainer as she was....

Very Good Concert

It was our first time ever seeing Rodney and we were very impressed with him. He puts on a wonderful show and his sound was very good. Look forward to seeing him again.

The Rodney Atkins concert was awesome, although we were very disappointed that Julianne Hough only performed for 20 minutes, which she is the main reason we went to the concert, Rodney made up for that with his awesome performance. We had a very good time at the concert and look forward to hear more of his music in the future, I am now a fan of his as well. It was a very enjoyable evening, Thanks Rodney and Julianne

OMG, he was great to watch. Great show, even my husband who doesn't like country liked the show and a few of Rodney's songs got my husband all teary eyed! I will see Rodney again when he comes back to phoenix!

the concert was amazing. just wished that we were able to walk up to the stage during it instead of having to stay at our seats.

This was a really good concert and both Rodney and Julianne really outdid themselves! I only wish that Julianne was on the stage longer than she was. Was just really getting into it and then she was gone. She was the one that I really went to see in the first place. I have been a fan from the first time I saw her dance on DWTS and she really poured her heart into her show tonight. Rodney brought the house down with all the crowd favorites and I found out that I am now a fan. All in all, it was a GREAT concert!!!

I was so impressed by their personablity. They connected with the audience so well. I went to mainly see Julianne but really enjoyed listen to Rodney. Liked his songs but did not know much about him. Great show all around.

I along with other sitting around us couldn't understand the words Julianne Hough was singing so we came to the conclusion that she mumbles. She is very cute and energetic, she puts on a great performance just couldn't understand her.

Rodney was Fabulous in all ways. I loved when he sat on the stool and sang just by him self it was wonderful. He is very entertaining and sangs wonderful songs that touch.

Both shows were well done (Both sound and lighting). Sound quality for Julianne show was too loud and covered her voice. Other than that, both shows were excellant.

Rodney Atkins put on a GREAT show! He started the concert rocking with "It's America" and he kept the energy high all night all the way through to his encore song "If You're Going Through Hell". I will see Rodney next time he comes to town. He even stayed late signing autographs for his fans. How many artists do that anymore!

We didn't care for the performance of Julianne Hough. The band was too loud and drowned her out - couldn't hear her or understand what she was singing. She was very cute though. Rodney Atkins was terrific. He put on an incredible show. The band was balanced just right, and could hear him very well. We really enjoyed him.

The Bad: I really like Julianne Hough from DWTS, and heard her sing on that show, so I really looked forward to seeing her in person. I don't listen to country music too much and had never heard of Rodney Atkins. Someone needs to talk to Julianne's sound crew. There was too much bass and the volume was way too loud. We could not even understand her when she sang. We went to the concert just to see and hear her and it was very disappointing. Everyone we talked to at the concert felt the same way.
The Good: I LOVED Rodney Atkins' show! The sound was excellent, which was especially great because his lyrics are so entertaining and we were glad we could understand them! It was fun to hear every single song. We had originally planned to leave after Julianne's performance but decided to listen to Rodney for a couple songs. We ended up staying until the end!
The 4-star rating I'm giving is averaging 5 for Rodney's show and 2 for Julianne's (just because the sound quality was so bad).

Rodney Atkins is a genuinely, warm and gifted person. His values and love for America, people and especially his family are evident not only in his songs, but his stage presence as well. He is fun to watch and his music is awesome! He said all of his songs were love songs, including "Cleaning this Gun"! Very funny, but so true when you think about it!
