I've seen Bill Engvall on tv and dvd's before, but this was the first time I'd been to one of his shows in person. From my view, it won't be the last. Although most of his material (not all of it) came from his "Aged and Confused" dvd, it was excellent and the whole theater was laughing so hard that you couldn't help but have a good time. I was sitting among 5-6 people who had actually not heard of Bill Engvall before. I tried to quickly describe some of his signature routines, like "Heeere's your sign," but they had no clue. But once Bill took the stage, it wasn't long until they were sliding out of their seats laughing. It was an excellent show, and watching Bill perform in person is way better than even the dvd's. And something you get from Bill Engvall that you don't get from so many others is a show that you can enjoy without being bombarded with unnecessary "language" thrown in just for shock value. If you get a chance to see his show, do it! Don't even debate it.. just get your ticket and go! If he comes back to this area at some future date, that's exactly what I will do! Thanks, Bill, for a great evening!
